Robert Joseph Gaudette, 23, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Sumter County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for possession of drug paraphernalia) with his bond set at none.
Tara Lynn Murawski, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond). She's accused of going inside the Kangaroo Express store, located at 6300 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Crystal River, and staying for a couple of hours then refusing to leave when asked to leave the store by a store employee, after she'd previously been trespassed from the store on June 20, 2021.
Cayla Michelle Starlin, 25, of Inverness, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond).
Danielle Alexis Pawlowski, 28, of Ocala, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and petit theft of less than $100 ($7,500 bond).
Roger Edmund Steinke, 65, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing (no bond).
Marilee Coleen McClelland, 54, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with domestic battery.
Daria Erin Vlcko, 41, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation ($100 bond).
Two men, Robert John Bird, 59, and William Dallas Dicks, 49, both of Homosassa, FL,were each issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with harvesting palmetto berries without the permission of the landowner and without a permit. The report stated that a deputy was dispatched to the area of Village Center Cir. and Village Center Dr. in Homosassa, due to the complaint of people picking palmetto berries. Deputies arrived to find the two men loading buckets containing palmetto berries into a four-door sedan.
Richard Keith Wasden, 46, of Homosassa, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was charged with violation of felony probation (probation for two counts of simple battery) with his bond set at none.
David James Barrie, 49, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($3,000 bond).
Richard Nelson Pelt, Jr., 33, of Tampa, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL warrants for failure to appear in court on felony charges: one on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($50,000 bond) and the other on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia ($10,000 bond). He was transported from the Hillsborough County Jail in Tampa, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Aaron Leroy Davis, 44, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested by the Florida Department of Corrections, located at 1630 U.S. Highway 41 South in Inverness, FL, on a State of Florida warrant for violation of parole (parole for two counts of simple battery) with his bond set at none.

Larry Wayne Bryant, II, 45, of Ocala, FL, was charged with drivng while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($500 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop conducted in Homosassa, FL, due to a vehicle rolling past a stop bar at the intersection of W. Village Dr. and S. Suffolk Ter. and a back seat passenger moving from side to side and then ducking down in the back seat. Mr. Bryant was the driver. The report stated that his dreiver's license had been suspended on Jan. 3, 2018.
Donna Marie Fonseca, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond). She was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Arblin Jashari, 23, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750; and giving false identification to a law enforcement officer ($2,000 bond). Mr. Jashaari is accused of scanning and paying for some items in the self checkout area of the Walmart store, located at 1936 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, but not paying for 15 items totaling $112.94, and then leaving the store with the items. The report stated that security video show him concealing items, some taken from their packaging, inside a camoflage backpack and a metal containter. He provided a deputy with two identification cards that belonged to a relative, the report stated.
Arnold Webster Horton, 34, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($1,000 bond). He was also charged with violation of felony probation (probation for battery of a law enforcement officer (no bond).
Garrick P. Jordan, 42, of Tampa, FL, was arrested in Hillsborough County, FL on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support. He paid his cash purge bond of $1,177 in Hillsborough County and was released.
Margaret Delores Cubbison, 32, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).
Maxine Dyann Zacharias, 20, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at her residence on two Citrus County, FL warrants for failure to appear in court: one on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond) and the other on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($2,000 bond).
Alexa Rae Ivanyi, 21, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).
Randall Lee Billings, 52, of Homosassa, FL, was charged wih criminal mischief of $1,000 or more ($2,000 bond).
Dana Marie Lewis, 41, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).
Gerald Alton Marshall, Jr, 57, of Inverness, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond).

William E. Hunter, 49, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with boating under the influence, first offense ($500 bond).
Jimmy Ray Creech, 44, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less, improper exhibition of a firearm, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and burglary of an unoccupied residence ($13,500 bond). Mr. Creech is accused of entering the victim's S. Sea Ray Pt., Lecanto home while the victim was away and trashing it, according to the victim. The report stated that the victim told a deputy that he arrived at his home to find his gate locked, but his front door open, and personal items strewn about his residence and on the floor. The victim told the deputy that he saw Mr. Creech outside, holding a firearm (Remington 870 pump-action shorgun), and he ran, fearful for his life, and as he ran, he heard the firearm discharge. He said that he ran inside the house, locked the door, and waited inside for law enforcement officers to arrive. The report stated that Mr. Creech smelled strongly of alcohol and told the deputy that he had discharged a firearm which he then unloaded and left in the kitchen.
Edwin Sanchez, 45, and Madeleine Frances Vantassell, 66, both of Beverly Hills, FL, were each issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less. The two are accused of working together at the self checkout area of the Walmart store, located at 1936 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, to take 25 items valued at $34.13 from the store without paying for them. The report stated that the duo pretended to scan some items and other items they quickly placed into bags without scanning them.
Todd Robert Patterson, 42, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($4,000 bond).
Anthony Wayne Cruse, 27, of Inverness, FL, was charged with petit theft of less than $100 ($1,000 bond).
Megan Leila Delgobbo, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
Quinton Walker Dates, 21, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a revoked, suspended or cancelled driver's license ($1,000 bond).
Marcie Joyce Dever, 45, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). She was arrested during a traffic stop in Hernando, FL, due to a Ford Mustang car traveling south in the northbound lane of N. Florida Ave. at E. Norvell Bryant Hwy. Ms. Dever was the driver. The report stated that her speech was slurred, her breath smelled of alcohol, and she admitted she'd just left T-Backs Bar (located at 4591 N. Carl G, Rose Hwy. in Hernando, FL) with a $172 bar tab, and she was "too drunk" to submit to roadside sobriety testing. Her breath alcohol test results were 0.155 and 0.158 (the legal limit is 0.08), according to the report.

Eyshala Asiayonna Jones, 19, and Angela Wynette Jones, 49, both of Invernes, FL, were each issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft of less than $100. The two are accused of working together at the self checkout area of the Walmart store, located at 2461 E.Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, FL, to not scan or pay for $96.18 in merchandise as they scanned and paid for other items.
Branden Alan Brown, 36, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lights and sirens activated, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,500 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy attempted to make a wellbeing check in the 1100 block of E. Amberjack Dr. in Hernando, and when the deputy arrived at the location, a silver Nisssan 4-door vehicle took off at a high rate of speed. Mr. Brown, the driver, operated the vehicle in a reckless manner at speeds up to 100 mph, the report stated, so the deputy discontinued the pursuit due to safety concerns. The vehicle was later located by another deputy, traveling east on E. Norvell Bryant Hwy. and stopped behind a building located at 2373 N. Skeeter Ter. in Hernando. The report stated that Mr. Brown's driver's license has been suspended since June 16, 2016, and he was in possession of a syringe and needle that contained methamphetamine residue.

Heather Lyn Pokerwinski, 44, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Department of Corrections Probation & Parole office, located at 1630 Highway 41 North in Inverness, on a Manatee County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for burglary or attempted burglary of an unoccupied structure or conveyance, and illegal possession of a controlled substance) with her bond set at none.
Richard C. Wolfe, 57, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, failing to stop or fleeing from a law enforcement officer after being ordered to stop, and reckless driving ($3,500 bond).
Rachel Ann Rosenthal, 41, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with violation of her Marion County, FL felony probation (pobation for petit theft, third conviction) with her bond set at none.
John Darin Young, 58, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).
Joshua Emory Ellis, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 1800 block of S. Iriquois Ave. in Homosassa, due to the report of a suspicious person. When the deputy arrived at the location, the complainant pointed out to the deputy a flashlight moving in a neighboring yard. The person with the flashlight was Mr. Ellis. The report stated that Mr. Elis ran from the deputy, but when the deputy threatened to use his taser (electronic stun weapon) if he continued to run, Mr. Ellis complied with the deputy. The report stated that Mr. Ellis told the deputy that the residence belongs to a relative who is out of town, and he provided identification that showed that the residence is his listed address.
Jacob Scott Hughes, 32, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with three counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance ($6,000 bond).
Melinda Arline Ward, 35, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a blue Hyundi vehicle, driven by Ms. Ward, that was traveling south on S. Florida Ave. because the deputy was aware that her driver's license had been suspended. The deputy verified that her license had been suspended since July 12, 2021. The report stated that Ms. Ward was in possession of three needles that tested positive for methamphetamine.
Rachael Carrabotta, 38, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Jeanette Roxanne Villagran, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with battery (no bond).
Richard Curtis Doty, 51, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($1,000 bond).
Alontray Kavon Harris, Sr., 23, of Ocala, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was charged with violation of his Lake County, FL felony probation (probation for possession of marijuana more than 20 grams) with his bond set at none.
Mark Dolan, 51, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, during a traffic stop conducted in Inverness due to Mr. Dolan, the driver, failing to use a turn signal when he turned left onto E. Entwood Ct. from Turner Camp Rd. After a K9 alerted to the presence of drugs at the vehicle, deputies found a magnetic key holder on the underside of the vehicle that tested positive for methamphetamine residue, the report stated.
Gavin Leigh Loagon MacDonald, 22, of Inverness, FL, was charged with criminal mischiel of $1,000 or more and aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($12,000 bond).

Darrell L. Peoples, 31, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond). At 9:46 pm, a deputy was dispatched to the Walgreen's pharmacy, located at 9427 S. Suncoast Blvd., in Homosassa, due to the complaint of a suspicious person (Mr. Peoples) walking back and forth between the pharmacy and the 7-Eleven convenience store, located at 9405 S. Suncoast Blvd. The report stated that Mr. Peoples had previously been trespassed from the the 7-Eleven store on Sept. 7, 2021.
Drake Eugene Wolfe, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for burglary of a conveyance) with his bond set at none.
James Boyd Riley, 44, of Floral City, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on an arrest warrant.
Robert Leroy Ogle, 70, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on an arrest warrant.
