Kaylan Rose Austin, 37, of St. Petersburg, FL, was arrested on E. Pine Lake Ln. in Floral City, FL, on a Citrus County warrant fo failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).

Emmitt Carter, 63, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with criminal mischief with damages of $1,000 or more and aggravated battery of a pregnant victim ($7,000 bond). 

Neil Anthony Hyler, 35, of Sanford FL, voluntarily surrendered himself at the Citrus County Detention Facility and was arrested on a Seminole County (Florida) warrant for grand theft of $20,000 or more, but less than $100,000 ($5,000 bond).

Michael Shawn Hardy, 54, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with felony battery (committing battery with a previous battery conviction) with his bond set at none.

Brandon James Otenbaker, 30, of Inverness, FL, was charged with criminal mischief with damages of $200 or less ($500 bond).

Christina Marie Pace, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence and trespassing ($2,000 bond).

Douglas Dwayne Jordan, Jr., 32, of Homosassa, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of operating a motorcycle wihout a license ($2,000 bond).

Marissa Leeann Alemany, 27, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Melinda Arline Wood, 34, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment ($1,678 bond).

Jerry Jason Hubbell, 41, of Crystal River, FL (homeless, according to the report), was arrested at the Winn-Dixie supermarket, located at 1651 SE U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($669 cash purge bond).

Thomas Gabriel Gallegos, 43, of Brooksville, FL, was charged with felony petit theft (due to three previous theft convictions) with his bond set at none. He's accused of taking two pairs of Merrell brand boots, valued at $99.99 each, a total of $199.98, from the Shoe Show Mega store, located at 408 N. Suncoast Blvd. in Crystal River, FL, hiding them under the left side of his shirt and taking them to a vehicle in the parking lot without paying for them. The empty boxes were located inside the store, and the shoes were located inside the vehicle. The report stated that Mr. Gallegos had no receipt for the shoes and eventually admitted he'd taken the boots from the store without paying for them. He was also charged with violation of his Lake County, FL felony probation (probation for a third theft conviction) with his bond set at none.

Samantha Duca, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for petit theft of less than $100. She's accused of failing to scan and pay for approximately $80 in merchandise when checking out her purchases in the self checkout area of the Walmart store, located at 1936 N. Leanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, and then of attempting to leave the store without paying for the merchandise.

Loren Wyatt Lea, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Jacob Sean McNeely, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less and introducing contraband into a detention facility ($2,500 bond). He's accused of taking $32.94 in merchanside while inside the Walmart store, located at 6885 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa. The report stated that he donned a Real-Tree 34"-36" camouflage belt from the store that had not been paid for, and he's also accused of placing a gray Denton Ozark Trail backpack in a bathroom garbage can that had his identification card and other unopened merchandise inside it. At the Citrus County Detention Facility, he was found to be in possession of 1.7 grams of marijuana.

James William Kelly, 48, of Hernando, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Lavarus Jaimez Vickers, 18, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at W. Stoney Gap Ct. and N. Griffith Ave. in Crystal River, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for domestic battery (no bond).

Kevin Allen Husted, 31, of New Port Richey, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The report stated that a traffic stop was conducted on a white Lincoln Town Car on S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, FL, when a deputy observed it a pull out from a gas station onto the highway, at a high rate of speed, in front of another vehicle, which caused the driver of that vehicle to apply the brakes to avoid colliding with the Lincoln. Mr. Husted, the right back seat passenger, was found to be in possession of one oxycodone tablet. The report stated that several marijuana cigarettes were found in the back seat, but the deputy was unable to determine which of the passengers they belonged to.

Darrell Lemond Lowe, 54, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school, or place or employment, etc.

Mitchael Prather Porterfield, 31, of Inglis, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). The arrest was made during the traffic stop of a white pickup truck, conducted at 1151 NW U. S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, FL, due to the vehicle driving into oncoming traffic, without headlights turned on, at 3:29 am, according to the report. Mr. Porterfield, the driver, told deputies that he had a large amount of cannabis inside the vehicle, and a methamphetamine smoking pipe, that both belonged to him and not to any of his passengers, the report stated. Inside the vehicle, deputies found 100 grams of cannabis inside a Lego toy building block bag, along with a pipe.

Delia Marie Dean, 43, of Floral City, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Nathan Laroe, 31, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond). The report stated that an employee of the RaceTrac gas station, located at 1001 NE 5th St. in Crystal River, requested that Mr. Laroe be trespassed from the store, due to him causing a disturbance, and he had been trespassed from the store the previous day, June 30, 2021.

Justin Anthony Noble, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, resisting an officer without violence, and driving under the influence ($7,000 bond).

Matthew Edward Clark, 42, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The arrest was the result of a single-vehicle traffic crash that occurred on W. Fort Island Trail, near the intersection of W. Waterway Dr., in Crystal River, FL. The report stated that Mr. Clark, the driver, exhibited signs of impairment, smelled of alcohol, performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and his breath alcohol test results exceeded the legal limit of 0.08.

Richard Lee Simpson, 64, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The arrest was the result of a a blue Honda CRV vehicle crashing into a tree in the parking lot of 2416 N. Heritage Oaks Path in Citrus Hills, FL. The report stated that Mr. Simpson, the driver, exhibited signs of impairment, smelled of alcohol, performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.

Athena Marie Fouser, 41, of Crystal River, FL, was charged wih criminal mischief of property valued at $200 or more, but less than $1,000; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Ana Gloria Torres Mendoza, 64, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond). The report stated, that on May 21, 2020, Ms. Torres Mendoza had been trespassed from the Dollar General Store, located in the Beverly Plaze at 4035 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Beverly Hills, and a deputy, aware that she'd been trespassed from several businesses in the shopping plaza, saw her exiting the store, and verified her previous trespass warning.

Richard Jesse Moralis, Jr., 46, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school, or place of employment, etc. (no bond).

Two people were arrested during a traffic stop conducted at N. Florida Ave. and N. Country Club Way in Dunnellon, FL. Kathleen Ann Downard, 54, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving with a suspended Florida driver's license, with knowlege that it was suspended ($1,000 bond), although she also had a valid California driver's license. Ms. Downard was also charged with violation of her felony probation (probation for grand theft of $300 or more, but less than $5,000) with her bond set at none. Passenger Justin Stinick Kowalik, 42, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for driving under the influence, a subsequent offense) with his bond set at none.    

Matthew Nathan Barnes, 25, of Citrus Springs, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Richard Jessie Moralis, 26, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence ($7,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy saw Mr. Moralis walking northbound on S. Pendant Pt, in Floral City, and the deputy detained him to speak about a Citrus County Sheriff's Office case. The deputy saw Moralis toss an object over the rear fence of Tar-Max Paving, located at 5544 S. Florida Ave., and the object in question was found to be a cigarette box that contained 0.4 gram of methamphetamine. Moralis was also charged with violation of his Citrus County felony probation (probation for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment) with his bond set at none.

Erik Andrew Wynkoop, 49, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($12,000 bond).

Bradley Allen Muncey, 30, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at the Sav-A-Lot grocery store, located at
204 SE U.S. Hwy. 19  in Crystal River, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended ($2,000 bond).

Stacey Leigh Surdi, 57, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond).

Two people were detained during the traffic stop of a blue Honda vehicle, conducted in the area of Citrus County Golf Carts at 5164 S. Florida Ave, in Inverness, FL, due to  the driver, Jason Winfield Lindenmuth, 36, of Lutz, FL, traveling 75 mph in a 45 mph speed zone. During the traffic stop, Mr. Lindenmuth, the driver, was found to be in possession of 2.4 grams of marijuana; he was charged with possession of a controlled substance (no bond). Passenger James Anthony Reventas, 36, of Odessa, FL, was found to be in possession of a smoking pipe that contained marijuana residue; he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and released on his own recognizance due to his cooperation, the report stated. Both men admitted they'd consumed beer prior to the traffic stop.

Kenneth Scott Rich, 55, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on the corner of Rose Ave. and S. Melbourne St. in Beverly Hills, FL, on a Marion County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,178 cash purge bond).

Riley Alexandra Waggoner, 18, of Williston, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted on S. Washinon Ave. in Beverly Hills, FL due to a brown Chevrolet utility vehicle towing a trailer that had no tag, Mr. Waggoner, a passenger inside the vehicle, was found to be in possession of 1.4 gram of methamphetamine, 5.1 grams of cannabis, and a glass smoking pipe that contained methamphetamine residue. The report stated that neither the driver nor any of the occupants inside the vehicle had a driver's license.

Jason Allen Willey, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was charged wih driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, and attaching a tag to a vehicle not assigned to it ($5,500 bond).

Matthew Kenneth Pierce, 31, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment warrant ($1,178 purge bond).    

Racquel Rose Lavalle, 20, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).

Holly Rachelle Pinney, 31, of Hernando, FL, was charged with battery by a detainee upon a visitor or another detainee ($2,000 bond).

Darrell Lemond Lowe, 54, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond).

Shirley Rena Hughes, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with battery ($500 bond).

William Bruce Johnson, 35, of Floral City, FL, was charged with criminal mischief with damages of $200 or less, resisting an officer with violence, battery of a law enforcement officer, and aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($20,500 bond). During an argument, allegedly because the victim awakened Mr. Johnson looking for pair of socks, Mr. Johnson is accused of striking the victim's head and left side with a piece of metal rebar, leaving a three-inch-long abrasion to his rib area and blood to the back of his head. A witness told deputies that Johnson struck the victim three times with the rebar. Mr. Johnson told deputies that the victim struck his abdominal area with a piece of ceiling tile, but deputies found no marks on his body, the report stated. Deputies took Johnson into custody, and while he was inside the rear of the patrol vehicle, he broke the door handle, valued at $50, by kicking it and slammed his head into the cage several times, causing his head to bleed, so he was transported to Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, FL. While at the hospital, the report stated, he yelled obscenities and threatened hospital staff members, and also kicked a deputy several times in his chest area while deputies were attempting to restrain him so that staff members could sedate him due to his level of agitation. He was later discharged from the hospital and transported to the Citrus County Detention Facility.

Branden Alan Brown, 36, of Hernando, FL, was arrested in the 1700 block of W. Gardenia Dr. in Dunnellon, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for petit theft, second offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia) with his bond set at none.

Richard Edward Moore, 64, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, driving under the influence with property damage, and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($12,500 bond).

Micheal Wayne Webb, 50, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond), and two counts of violation of felony probation (no bond).

Seth Ricky Kirk, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for resisting a law enforcement officer without violence, and battery) with his bond set at none. 

Katie Anne Egbert, 22, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the intersection of N. Florida Ave. and E. Stage Coach Trail in Floral City, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine, and making or possessing an instrument for forged bills or notes) with her bond set at none.

Aaron Antonio Mendez, 40, of Floral City, FL, was charged with  possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond) and two counts of violation of felony probation (no bond).

Glenn Clifford Thompson, 52, of Brooksville, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,500 bond). During a traffic stop conducted at the intersection of Pleasant Grove Rd. and Kimberly Lane in Inverness, FL, due to red 2013 Hyundai sedan having an expired license plate, Mr. Thompson, the driver, was found to be in possession of 0.58 gram of methamphetamine and two glass smoking pipes that contained methamphetamine residue.

Tonya Marie Beville, 34, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.

Peter Lawrence Nulph, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.

Jessica La Moine De Meyer, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodiy attachment ($1,178 cash purge bond).

Veronica Marie Sorenson, 37, of Floral City, FL, was arrested in the area of E. Okeechobee Court in Floral City, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of possession of drug parahernalia and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams (no bond)

Robert Perry Wilson, 32, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation.

Matthew Devine Hamilton, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond) and removing, destroying, altering, tampering with or damaging the operation of an elecronic monitoring device (no bond). The report stated that a deputy was dispatched to Mr. Hamilton's residence, due to a complaint that he was under the influence of narcotics, harming hinself with a knife. The witness told deputies that he/she had driven Mr. Hamilton around Marion County, FL, the night of Aug. 2-3, around 10:00 pm-2:00 am, and during that time, he'd thrown his ankle monitoring device from the vehicle while in Marion County. A deputy had received a notice that the monitoring device, valued at $900, had been cut. The report stated that Hamilton had recently been released from the Citrus County Detention Facility with the monitoring device on his ankle. Mr. Hamilton was found hiding in a bedroom closet inside his residence, with numerous superficial lacerations to his abdominal area and wrists, and the monitor missing from his ankle, the report stated.

Richard William Votaw, 56, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Sumter County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of a controlled substance) with his bond set at none.

Jason Hendreckson Shahid, 38, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for grand theft of statutory property) with his bond set at none.

Hayleigh Marie Sanders, 19, of Crystal River, FL, voluntarily surrendered herself at the Citrus County Detention Facility on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license) with her bond set at none.

Marc Stephen Andersen, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Shylah Dawn Larock, 30, of Hernando FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court (no bond).

Ashley Lynn Horn, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony petit theft (due to two previous theft convictions) with her bond set at $2,000. Ms. Horn is accused of failing to scan and pay for 21 items with a combined value of $109.06, while checking out her purchases at the self checkout area of the Walmart store located at 1936 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL. The report stated that a store employee detained Ms. Horn, but due to a time delay, the employee released her after he obtained her name, date of birth, and address, and a deputy later arrested her at her home. The report stated she'd been convicted of two previous thefts in New York State on Jan. 7, 2013 and May 15, 2015.

Karen Joy Hibner, 35, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, resisting an officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($13,000 bond).

Javon Isaiah Edgecombe, 19, of Boynton Beach, FL, was arrested at Cypress Creek Academy (a juvenile offender correction center) in Lecanto, FL, on a Palm Beach County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm and discharging a firearm from inside a vehicle) with his bond set at none.

Matthew Paul Solley, 45, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,677 purge bond).

Shane Phillip Ledbetter, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation.

Kayla Christine Duby, 38, of Spring Hill, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in greater than 4 grams of a Schedule II controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($30,000 bond).

Jeremy Eugene McCranie, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

Kenneth Jermaine Mixon, 46, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment warrant ($550 purge bond).

Dawn Marie Keller, 55, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at S. Bob White Dr. and S. Lewdingar Dr. in Homosassa, on a Levy County, FL, warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of violating rules pertaining to accessing a wildlife management area ($2,000 bond).

Ivy Kay Stiles-Gillespie, 46, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked) with her bond set at none.

William Joseph Schuster, Jr., 36, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Marion County, FL warrant for lewd and lascivious battery of a person between the ages of 12 to 16 ($10,000 bond).

Ricardo Ian Barnhart, 39, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with aggravated battery - intentionally causing great bodily harm, permanent disability or disfigurement, and domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Richard Edward Moore, 64, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation.

Jonathan Michael Wayte, 36, of Bushnell, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing (no bond). He was transported from the Sumter County Detention Center in Bushnell, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Edwin Alan Mills, Jr., 27, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated battey of a pregnant person (no bond).

Donald Ray Cash, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($2,178 cash only purge bond).
