Matthew Timothy Louk, 29, of North Versailles, PA, was charged with resisting an officer with violence, and battery of a public service provider or employee ($10,000 bond).

Angelica Lynn Fitzgerald, 39, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by contacting the petitioner (no bond).

Jesse Michael Rivera, 33, of Spring Hill, FL, was charged with grand theft ($750-$5,000), resisting an officer    without violence, and reckless driving ($3,500 bond).

Vincent James Mugnolo, 22, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license knowingly suspended, cancelled or revoked), with his  bond set at $705.

Anthony Mark Benoit, Jr., 51, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for violation of several wildlife harvest charges) with his bond set at none.

Robert Dean Nye, 54, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a license expired for longer than six months ($2,000 bond).

Cody James Melvin, 45, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Hernando County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of grand theft of $750-$5,000 ($4,000 bond).

Chris Charles Gaunt, 55, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Jonathan Edward Siner, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by comtacting the petitioner (no bond).

Franklin Eugene Tompkins, Jr., 51, of Homsassa, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($500 bond). The report stated that a deputy oberved Mr. Tomkins as he exited the Winn-Dixie supermarket (located at 3792 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa), aware that he'd issued Mr. Tomkins a trespass warning, to not return to the store, on June 6. Mr. Tomkins had purchased an item at the store, about 8:00 am, according to his receipt.

Bridget Sue Walters Cubbage, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended) with her bond set at none.

George Steven Takac, 81, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Lake County, FL warrant for violation of an injunction by contactng the petitioner (no bond).

Joel Ray Hammack, 43, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with his bond set at none.

James Dieffenbacher, 37, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for rental property fraud) with his bond set at none.

Marcus Marcel Woods, 50, of Bellview, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).

Asia Nickole Cessna, 26, of Floral City, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).

Angela Maria Rosado-Lozada, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance ($5,000 bond).

Laura Lee Schire, 29, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance ($5,000 bond).

Abigail Christian, 20, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Matthew Nicholas Moskes, 41, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; theft of a motor vehicle, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with activated lights and sirens ($7,500 bond). According to the arrest report, Citrus County deputies were notified by the Pasco County, FL Sheriff's Office that a white Dodge Durango SUV that had been reported stolen in Pasco County, FL was heading north into Citrus County. A deputy spotted the vehicle in Homosassa, FL as it turned north onto US 19 (S. Suncoast Blvd.) from US 98. The pursuit continued through Homosassa into Lecanto, FL and continued for about two miles after the two driver's side tires had been punctured by stop sticks placed on SR 44 in Lecanto. Mr. Moskes stopped and exited the vehicle at N. Lecanto Hwy. (CR 491), south of W. Jerwayne Ln. in Lecanto and was taken into custody.

Kenneth Edward Watkins, 40, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment, with a cash purge bond of $1,178.

Devin Michael Giordano, 24, of Inverness FL, was charged with battery of a person employed to provide a public service ($5,000 bond).

Maurice Tyrone Ruiz, 47, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Demetrius Anton Bunch, 44, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Gregg David Atkisson, 34, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or less ($1,000 bond). The arrest report accused him of two thefts from the Winn-Dixie grocery store, located at 3565 N. Lecanto Hwy. (CR 491) in Beverly Hills. The previous day (June 14), he's accused of taking three cans of beer from the store, dropping one can from a four-pack of beer, when an employee asked him to pay for the beer, and he rushed out of the store without paying. On June 15, he's accused of taking a bottle of shampoo, a bag of ice, and a pair of sunglasses. The total value of all the items taken is $31.97.

Nicholas Austin McGahen, 34, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment ($330 bond).

Jeremey Lee Forrest, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with his bond set at none.

Gary David Segraves, 27, of Hampton, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). During a traffic stop, Mr. Segraves was found to be in possession of 1.32 grams of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and a plastic spoon with methamphetamine residue.

Danny John Gray, 32, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with petit theft of less than $100. The report stated, at the Inverness, FL Walmart store, Mr. Gray placed a Legos (construction toy) set valued at $79.95 into the bottom of a shopping cart and paid for other items, but not the Legos set, and he was detained after he passed the checkout area without paying for the item.

Erik U. Robinson, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for violating a domestic violence injunction) with his bond set at none.

Trinity Hannah Estevez, 20, of Tampa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for lewd or lascivious molestation of a person under the age of 12 (no bond), and knowingly promoting the sexual performance of a child ($5,000 bond). She was transported from the Hillsborough County Jail in Tampa, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

William Michael Larsen, 32, of Floral City, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($500 bond) and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond). He's accused of pointing a pistol at a woman, several times, and then of pulling away from a deputy when he was being taken into custody.

Ashley Jerome Oliver Santiago, 36, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with kidnapping, aggravated battery,  intentionally causing great bodily harm; and felony domestic battery by strangulation. The arrest report stated that Santiago told a person at the victim's house that he kills people for a living, which began an argument between he and the victim, during which he's accused of attempting to strangle her, numerous times from the front and back, using both his hands and a headlock type hold. He's also accused of pulling out one of the victim's hair braids, leaving a bald spot, and also of wrapping his legs around her lower body to restrain her, leaving bruises. The victim also had lacerations and bruising to her neck. Santiago had several scratch mark-type lacerations to his body from the victim attempting to protect herself.

Thomas George Degraw, 40, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense ($1,000 bond).

Heather Duarte Wright, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon ($5,000 bond).

Joseph Elwyn Steed, II, 35, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750 (no bond).

Toni Michelle Hewitt, 50, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Stephanie Rose Gordon, 37, of Inverness, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond). The arrest was made as the result of the report of a suspicious person, later identified as Ms. Gordon, inside the women's bathroom at Liberty Park in Inverness for longer than 20 minutes. She was found to be in possession of approximately 0.44 gram of fentanyl and 0.28 gram of methamphetamine, along with an injection needle and a hard plastic strawlike object.

Richard Leroy Porter, Jr., 63, was arrested during a call for service to 4035 N. Lecanto Hwy. (Dollar General store) in Beverly Hills, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence, and dumping litter on a public road ($2,000 bond).

Heather Cassidy, 44, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant as a fugitive from justice (no bond).

Christopher Michael Harper, 39, of Hernando, FL, was charged with violation of a condition of pretrial release when the original arreste was for domestic violence (no bond).

Virginia Belle Carter, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a St. Johns County, FL writ of bodily attachment, with his bond set at $1,070.

Geraldo Juan Marietti, 28, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less ($500 bond).

Charles Jacob Turner, 27, of Hernando, Florida, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).

Dean Ray Ridley, Jr., 30, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Kaylan Rose Austin, 36, of St. Petersburg, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment ($1,678 bond).

John Richard Stolec, 24, of Inverness, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000 (no bond), criminal mischief of $1,000 or more ($5,000 bond) and burglary of an unoccupied residence ($10,000 bond).

Joshua Paul Oglesbee, 31, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanr probation. He was also charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Travis James Damron, 28, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge.

Ciara Lucas King, 22, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with two counts of violation of probation (misdemeanor probation for driving while license suspended or revoked) and (felony probation for fleeing from law enforcement) with both bonds set at none.

Eric James Blanton, 47, of Floral City, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Alexander Devin Hoyt, 37, of Floral City, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Frederick M. Vargason, 83, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond). He was also charged with resisting an officer with violence, resisting an officer without violence and battery of a person employed  to provide a public service ($11,000 bond)

Brett Bear Bigel, 23, of Hernando, FL, was charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence by coming within 500 feet of a designated area (no bond).

Three people were arrested during a traffic stop conducted at CR 491 and W. Grover Cleveland Blvd. in Lecanto, FL, at 5:09 am. A deputy noticed an empty gun holster on the dash and learned that the firearm, loaded with two magazines, was in the driver's side door, within reach of James Michael Atherton, 29, of Homosassa, FL, who does not have a concealed carry permit; he was charged with carrying a concealed firearm ($2,000 bond). Two women inside the vehicle were found to be in possession of drug items: Laura Beth Harrel, 33, and Kelcee Maria-Irene Cabrera, 22, both of Homosassa, FL, were each charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
