Amber Lynn Allard, 30, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 1, charged with violating a condition of pretrial release for a domestic violence charge, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Christopher Scott Allen, 45, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 1, charged with battery of a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, resisting an officer without violence, and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams ($75,000 bond). His arrest report stated, that on May 29, a deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Mr. Allen while he was riding bicycle in Inglis, traveling north on N. Inglis Ave., but he did not stop. Instead, he made an expletive comment to a deputy, rode across U.S. Hwy. 19, then turned onto E. Cason Blvd., rode down a driveway to a back yard and into the woods, where the deputy lost sight of him. On June 1, the deputy located Mr. Allen inside a camper parked at a Vicki St., Inglis residence, asleep on a sofa. The deputy entered the camper and attempted to take Mr. Allen into custody, but he resisted arrest, wrestling with the deputy for several minutes until Mr. Allen and the deputy fell through a wall to the outside of the camper and continued wrestling until several deputies were finally able to take him into custody. Allen was found to be in possession of marijuana. After he was transported by Levy County Rescue 3 to the Bayfront Health Seven Rivers Emergency Room in Crystal River for sutures to a left finger laceration, he was transported to the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL.

Steven Don Blumenberg, 23, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 5, on an out of county warrant ($500 bond). He was also charged with battery, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Mark Boatwright, 45, of Inglis, FL, was was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 2, charged with violation of probation (no bond).

Joshua Lee Clarke, 40, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 5, charged with battery, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance. Mr. Clarke is accused of pulling the victim's left arm, then  pushing her against a wall during an argument, and although he told a deputy that the victim kicked him and punched him three times, which left a "red bump" under his lip, the report stated, he's accused of being the primary aggressor in the incident.

Joseph Clemons, 23, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 3, charged with failure to appear in court ($4,000 bond).

William Henry Cunningham, IV, 53, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 4, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

Gerardo De La Cruz-Rincon, 46, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, June 1, charged with battery, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

William Justin Ford, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 2, charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief with property damage of $1,000 or more, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($56,000 bond). Mr. Ford is accused of stealing a John Deere Gator utility vehicle (UTV) from a farm east of Chiefland, FL, then crashing it on a dirt road, south of Blue Springs Road, off U.S. Alt. Hwy. 27, near Bronson, while being pursued by a deputy. Ford fled into the woods and was captured about 10:00 pm, walking on State Road 24, near Bronson, in possession of 12 grams of methamphetamine and 2 grams of fentanyl.

Anthony Robert Grant, 34, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 1, charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon (convicted of a felony in the state of New Jersey). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted on E. Cason Blvd. in Inglis, due to driving, about 11:35 pm, without operable tail lights. During the traffic stop, a deputy located a loaded silver 0.357 revolver in a holster lying on the driver's seat floorboard.

Mirando Kae Hill, 46, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, June 5, charged with driving under the influence with property damage ($10,000 bond).

Travis Michael Kiehl, 47, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 31, charged with burglary, petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $300; resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and loitering or prowling ($58,500 bond).

Tony Joseph Knight, 36, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 1, charged with aggravated battery of a person he knew or should have known was pregnant, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Kellie Ponce, 30, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 4, on an out of county warrant (no bond). She was also charged with resisting or obsructing an officer without violence ($5,000 bond)

Thomas Scott Rosier, 52, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 5, charged with two counts of resisting an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment, and smuggling or introducing contraband into a detention facility ($21,000 bond). Mr. Rosier's arrest report stated, about 11:45 pm, that a deputy saw him riding a bicycle in Inglis, peddling north on the sidewalk of the southbound lanes of U.S. Hwy. 19, at Palm Point Dr., then travel across the southbound lanes of U.S. Hwy. 19, using a cellphone flashlight as a front light, and with no tail lights. The report stated that Mr. Rosier ran on foot from deputies, and was hit on the back with a taser (electric stun gun) barb, and also did not comply with deputies when they placed him into handcuffs. Levy County Rescue 11 medics removed a taser barb from his back. He was found to be in possession of a smoking pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine. At the Levy County Detention Bureau, Rosier was found to be in possession of a small plastic baggie that contained methamphetamine.

Thomas Parker Smith, 22, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 4, charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($5,000 bond).

Shaun Standridge, 46, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, June 6, charged with  driving while license suspended an as habitual offender (no bond).

Robert Stout, 35, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 3, on three out of county warrants, with his bonds set at $500, $500 and none.

Kyeisha Strong, 22, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 2, charged with contempt of court ($10,000 bond).

Krystle Sunbury-Cranmer, 30, of an unstated location in KS, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 3, charged wih petit theft from a merchant, second offense; and battery, with both bonds set at release on her own recognizance.

William Cody Timmons, 30, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office, June 3, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($18,500 bond) and transported to the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL.

Raymon Grim Valdez, 24, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, May 31, charged with driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with property damage ($1,500 bond).

Mark Anthony Vogel, 32, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 4, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Tony C. Wilcox, 25, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 5, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Daniel Wisner, 33, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, June 5, charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and refusing to submit to DUI testing after a driver's licene suspesion, with both of his bonds set at release on his own recognizance.
