Jadarius Daeshaun Bell, 27, of Monroe, NC, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
Chad Michael Morrison, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended), with his bond set at $155.
Teresa Lynn Montag, 29, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).
Christopher Richard Smith, 34, of Lakeland, FL, was arrested on the Homosassa River, operating a vessel with seven other occupants, charged with boating under the influence ($500 bond).
William Devin Head, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was charged wih aggravated battery of a pregnant victim (no bond).
Jesse Daniel Strickland, 50, of Dunnellon, FL, was was arrested on Kings Bay on the Crystal River, charged with boating under the influence ($500 bond), while a small child was sitting on his lap, according to his arrest report.
Mike'll Lee Coleman, 31, of Weekie Wachee, FL, was arrested in the area of the Homosassa and Halls rivers, charged with boating under the influence ($500 bond) after a deputy on patrol saw him operating a personal watercraft (jet ski) traveling "well above" the posted slow minimum wake zone speed, according to his arrest report.
Emily Diana Perez, 33, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County writ of bodily attacchment, in the amount of a $1,178 purge, for failure to pay child support.
Dylan John Gray, 26, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery (no bond).
Richard Deandre Henry, 38, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).
Jason Ray Mahoney, 32, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arria Steven Loper, 34, homeless in the Inverness, FL area, was charged with trespassing ($500 bond) in the area of Cooter Pond, located at 181 South U.S. Hwy. 41 in Inverness, after having previously been trespassed from the location on May 24, 2021 and Nov. 6, 2020.

UPDATED: Tammy Gailmarie Rabe, 28, of Inglis, FL, was charged with two counts of criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000; and throwing deadly missiles into a dwelling ($12,000 bond). Ms. Rabe is accused of "shattering" the windshield of a woman's vehicle by slashing it numerous times with a knife, according to the report, and of then throwing concrete brick pavers and large stones at the victim's Inglis residence, breaking a window in the front room and one in a bedroom. The damages to the vehicle and home were estimated at $500. At the time of the incident, about 9:00 pm, the home was occupied by three adults and four juveniles. According to the arrest report, the incident was the result of an online argument between Ms. Rabe and the adult female victim, which started via Facebook Messenger and escalated into a heated verbal exchange when Ms. Rabe arrived at the victim's residence.
Wilbur Eugene Turnback, III, 53, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation ($5,000 bond) and domestic battery (no bond).
Gaven Shane Westlotorn, 19, of Dade City, FL, was charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage by a person under the age of 21, and boating under the influence ($1,000 bond). The arrest occurred in the "blue waters" of the Homosassa River, according to the arrest report.
Coleman John Blommel, 20, of Dade City, FL, was charged with boating under the influence ($500 bond) in the Homosassa River, as the result of a vessel inspection due to an open motorboat having no registration decal on the port side of the vessel.
Craig Allen Richmond, 46, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended ($2,000 bond).
Manuel Stephen Marks, 50, of Inverness, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).
Daniel Decicco, 63, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older (no bond).

William Clarence Vent, 26, of Dunnellon, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less. Mr. Vent is accused of taking 39 Bic lighters that he did not pay for, with a combined value of $82.27, from the 7-Eleven store, located at 1007 north U.S. Hwy. 41, in Inverness, FL.
Ronney Joe Dixon, 35, of Wesley Chapel, FL, was arrested on two out of county warrants: a Marion County, FL warrant for felony petit theft due to two or more theft convictions ($2,500 bond), and a Hillsborough County, FL warrant for grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).
Kyle Hunter Fredrikson, 33, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear citation for petit theft of less than $100. He's accused of taking two 24/Life mulit-purpose face masks, valued at $15.98, from the 7-Eleven store, located at 1007 North U.S. Hwy. 41, in Inverness, FL.
Christopher John Ohara, 35, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond). He was also charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).
Justin Lyle Greer, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (probation for unarmed robbery) with his bond sete at none.

Anthony Maurice Tribett, 29, of Hernando, FL, was charged with using, attempting to use, or displaying a firearm while committing a felony; carrying a concealed firearm, five counts of possession of controlled substance, and possession of a controlled sbstance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($16,000 bond).
Travis Michael Rodefer, 25, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($13,500 bond). He was also charged with violation of felony probation (probation for possession of a cell phone in prison) with his bond set at none.
Brian Paul Johnson, 50, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
Chuck Elwyn McNett, 35, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond).
Austin Dakota Eichhorn, 28, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). During a wellbeing check of a driver, asleep inside of a truck at the intersection of W. Citrus Springs Blvd. and N. Elkcam Blvd. in Citrus Springs, FL, Mr. Eichorn, the driver, was found to be in possession of 0.17 gram of fentanyl.
Matthew Thomas Jefferson, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, resisting an officer without violence, and tampering with evidence ($11,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted in Beverly Hills due to a deputy being aware that his driver's license had been revoked (revoked for five years on April 27, 2021), Mr. Jefferson was found to be in possession of 9.32 grams of methamphetamine, which he attempted to conceal from deputies, along with $644 in cash, and he also pulled away from a deputy when he was taking him into custody, according to the arrest report. He was also charged with violation of felony probation (probation for possession of a controlled substance) with his bond set a none.
Callaway Anderson North, 37, of Floral City, FL, was charged with boating under the influence ($1,000 bond) during an inspection conducted on a personal watercraft on Lake Herderson in Inverness, FL, because it had no registration numbers displayed on its starboad side. The report stated that Mr. North's breath alcohol test results were 0.217 and 0.208, above the legal limit of 0.08.
Heather Marie Dawkins, 44, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael-George Preli Bell, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($7,000 bond) during a traffic stop conducted in Lecanto, FL at W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. and S. Leona Ave. The report stated that Mr. Bell was found to be in possession of two doses of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) weighing 0.2 gram, 0.3 gram of fentanyl, and 0.3 gram of methamphetamine, along with two small clear plastic straws that contained methamphetamine residue
Kenneth Robert Winn, 48, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).

Christen Ray Brock, 53, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with battery by a detainee upon another detainee ($2,000 bond) while an inmate at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL. Mr. Brock is accused of hitting another inmate on the back of his head with a lunch tray, leaving a laceration to the back of the victim's head and redness to the left side of his head.
Melissa Amora Anderson, 31, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.
Jerome Alexander Hall, 38, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, theft of a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

Molly Rose Katzeff, 36, of Inverness, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a Mendocino County, CA warrant for violation of probation for escape (no bond).

Yulee Dr. in Homosassa, a short time after she pulled out of the parking lot of the Old Mill Tavern. The report stated that she exhibited signs of possible impairment, but refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.

Ladovick Syril Gibson, 45, of Bushnell, FL, was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine greater than 28 grams, but less than 200 grams ($50,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted in Floral City, FL due to a vehicle obstructing the roadway in front of a residence located in the 6700 block of E. Okeechobee Ct., Mr. Gibson, the driver, was found to be in possession of 29.8 grams of methamphetamine.

During a traffic stop conducted in Floral City, FL, due to a vehicle obstructing the roadway in front of a residence located in the 6700 block of E. Okeechobee Ct., Ms. Evans, the front seat passenger, was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pieie, a broken spoon and a (drinking) straw wrapper, along with 22 units inside a 0.5 ml syringe and 0.6 grams of a white crystalline substance that both tested positive for methamphetamine.

Alexandria Angelina Clark, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at the Department of Corrections Probation & Parole office, located at 1630 U.S. Hwy. 41 North in Inverness, FL on a Hernando County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for two counts of simple battery) with her bond set at none.
Austin Joseph Bass, 23, of Crystal River, FL, turned himself in at the CCSO Warrants Division and was arrested on three Citrus County warrants: two for violation of his felony probation for grand theft and burglary, and one for violation of his felony probation for burglary. His bond was set at none on all three warrants.

Paul Amir Kazemi, 55, of Kailua Kona, HI, was arrested in Pinellas County, FL on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of grand theft (no bond). He was transported from the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

The report stated that Ms. Cleversey's eyes were dilated, her speech was slurred, and she performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, but her breath alcohol test results were 0.00 and 0.00, so she provided a urine sample for further testing.
