Rosewood (Levy County), Florida - Three people were arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Friday, May 28, when members of the agency's Drug Task Force and Tactical Response Unit executed a drug search warrant at a home on Shiloh Road in the small community of Rosewood, FL, as the result of an investigation that spanned several months. The investigation was initiated by complaints of citizens and anonymous tips of suspicious activities at the residence

Deputies entered the home, shortly after 5:00 am, to find homeowner, Erik Lambert, 49, in the master bedroom and his house guests, Alan Dones, 44, of Davie, FL, and Dana Corrigan, 36, of Cedar Key, FL, in other parts of the home. A press release stated that Mr. Lambert was selling methamphetamines from the home, with the active assistance of Mr. Dones and Ms. Corrigan.

Lambert was charged with possession of methamphetamine ($10,000 bond), and possession of drug equipment (release on his own recognizance bond).

The press release stated, that when law enforcement entered the home, Dones dashed into the bathroom and began flushing narcotics down the toilet. Detectives were able to recover evidence not destroyed by his actions. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia ($46,000 bond).

Ms. Corrigan was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond).

Detectives are continuing this investigation due to evidence found regarding numerous drug sales  conducted from the home.

"I applaud the courage of citizens who contacted our office and alerted us about this residence," said Levy County Sheriff Bobby McCallum. "I also want to ensure our public that we will aggressively investigate and arrest those who choose to sell drugs in our communities."
