UPDATED: Austin Berecz, 23, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 29, charged with criminal mischief with damage of $200 or less, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance. The report stated that a deputy was dispatched to Mr. Berecz's residence, due to an argument between Mr. Berecz and another person, and the deputy explained to Mr. Berecz and the other person their legal rights regarding the incident they'd argued about. The deputy left the residence, but returned a few hours later with the complaint of the argument continuing, and of Mr. Berecz throwing a plastic spool of fishing line at the other person's sports utility vehicle as she was leaving, which caused a "minor dent and scratch to the rear passenger side door," according to the report. Mr. Berecz told the deputy that he'd reacted angrily to a threat by the victim, and he would pay for the damage to the vehicle, the report stated.
Emya Brown, 19, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 26, charged with battery (release on her own recognizance bond).
Jerome Brown, 70, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 28, charged with sale of cocaine ($100,000 bond).
Walter Franklin Carawan, 66, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, May 29, charged with driving under the influence, and driving unde the influence with property damage ($7,500 bond).
Dustin Andrew Clark, 27, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 30, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).
Joseph Antonio Collins, 41, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 26, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($16,000 bond).
Dana Nicole Corrigan, 36, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 28, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond).
UPDATED: Francis Robert Csizmesia, Jr., 42, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 24, charged with battery ($1,500 bond). A report stated that a deputy returned to the battery victim's residence, May 25, to find Mr. Csizmesia on the back side of the home, in the dark, although he'd been ordered at his first appearance hearing, earlier that day, to not have contact with the victim, so he was charged with violation of a condition of release (no bond).

Alan Joseph Dones, 44, of Davie FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 28, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, tampering with evidence, and possession of drug equipment ($46,000 bond).

UPDATED: Brandon Zachary Reynolds, 26, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 30, charged with resisting an officer without violence, possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment, and tampering with evidence ($51,000 bond); possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of marijuana greater than 20 grams (release on his own recognizance bonds). The arrest was the result of a complaint of a vehicle traveling north in the southbound lane of U.S. Hwy. 41. The deputy spoke with Mr. Reynolds at the Kwik King Food Store, located at 3250 SE U.S. Hwy. 41 in Morriston, FL, and he told the deputy, according to the report, that he was looking at his phone and didn't realize he was traveling in the wrong lane. While talking to the deputy, the report stated, Mr. Reynolds attempted to toss a plastic bag containing 3.42 grams of cocaine under the deputy's patrol vehicle. Inside Mr. Reynolds' vehicle, deputies located 1 gram of an unspecified drug, 31 grams of medical marijuana, two jars containing a total of more than 100 grams of THC wax, and 2.77 grams of heroin.
