Missing man, believed suicidal, found dead in Inverness

According to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, the body of a man who had been reported to the Hernando County Sheriff's Office as missing and suicidal was found, Wednesday morning, May 26, in Inverness, FL, off State Road 44 (W. Gulf to Lake Hwy.) south of the Walmart and Lowe’s stores, in the Withlacoochee State Forest. The man had been seen, Wednesday morning, at the Inverness Walmart store, where his vehicle was later found in the parking lot. The man's next of kin was notified.
