Travis Heath Kirkland, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged wih two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of trafficking (greater than 4 grams, but less than 14 grams) of a controlled substance, with his bond set at $29,000. During a traffic stop conducted in Beverly Hills for having no visable tag lights (at 9:43 pm) and failing to stop at a stop sign, Mr. Kirkland was found to be in possession of 3 oxycodone 15 mg tablets (7.5 grams), one methadone tablet (1 gram), and cocaine (1 gram).
Tina Pappalardo, 65, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with two counts of violation of an injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school, or place of employment, etc. (no bond).
Joshua Kurtis Gibbs, 37, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $1,178.
Joseph William Martin, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamne and possession of a controlled substance), with his bond set at none.
Chad Warren Ross, 41, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).
Aaron Cornelius Barrett, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with animal cruelty ($2,000 bond). The arrest was the result of a complaint of a female pit bull terrier, laying in the dirt in Mr. Barrett's back yard, with no water or shelter, an open leg wound, and a possible broken leg. Animal control officers and deputies arrived at the home to find the dog in the condition that had been reported. Mr. Barrett told officers that his dog had gotten into a fight with another pit bull, two weeks previously when a friend was watching her. He said he'd washed out the wound with water and administered a penicillin (antibiotic) shot to his dog that he'd purchased, but he'd not sought veterinary care. He said, a few days previously, the wound had been full of maggots (maggots are fly larvae, which are known to eat dead tissue, which may reduce the chance of wound infection).
David Randal Riedle, 26, of an unstated location, and Joseph William Martin, 27, of Homosassa, FL,
were arrested on shoplifting charges at the Inverness, FL Walmart store. Deputies were informed by a loss prevention officer for the store that two men, later identified as Reidle and Martin, had been seen on video surveillance and by store personnel, removing merchandise items from packaging then concealing the items within their clothing, while they were inside the store and the men's restroom. The men were detained at the store's exit with merchandise concealed in their pockets (personal care items valued at $52.53) that had not been paid for. Mr. Martin was also found to be in possession of a foil-lined bag that could be used to hide merchandise and prevent the store's theft alarm from sounding, according to his arrest report; however, it contained no merchandise. Reidle was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond), while Martin was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less, and possession of a shoplifting assistive device ($2,500 bond).
Jeremy Michael Ogden, 27, of Hudson, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence by communicating with the petitioner (no bond).
Herbert Lee Davis, 21, of Tampa, FL, was arrested in Hillsobrough County, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft (no bond). He was transported from the Hillsborough County Jail in Tampa, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Robert Russell Coxe, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a Stearns County, MN warrant for possession of amphetamine (no bond).
Thomas Ray Voelker, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court: one for felony charges of burglary of an unoccupied coveyance, and theft from a conveyance of $100 or more, but less than $750 (no bond); and the other for misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Tracy Leigh Byrd, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond).

Phillip John Houle, 41, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond), During a traffic stop, conducted at 10:59 pm in Hernando, FL due to a vehicle having inoperable headlights, Mr. Houle, the driver, was found to be in possession of approximately one gram of methamphetamine.
Angel Marie Christensen, 47, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Pinellas County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,026 bond).
Adam Alexander Ward, 28, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
Jason Lee Beville, 38, of Crystal River, FL, turned himself in, at the Citrus County Detention Facility, and was arrested on an Osceola County, FL warrant for grand theft of $20,000 or more, but less than $100,000 ($20,000 bond).
Mark Lynn Mullen, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).
Candice Ranee Drishade, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on two warrants for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).
Erica Lynn Casdia, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law inforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation, and aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, with her bond set at none; and false imprisonment, with her bond set at $5,000.
Rickey Eugene Frye, Jr., 43, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with 4 counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($20,000 bond).
Gerald Robert Deam, Jr., 42, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for battery), with his bond set at none.
Robert Alan Schaefer, 49, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving with no valid driver's license), with his bond set at none.
Jonathan Jeremy Wolf, 35, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.
On May 27, William Edward Roush, 50, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, leaving the scene of a crash with non-serious injuries, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lights and sirens activated ($5,000 bond). According to a report, the previous day (May 26) a hit and run crash that occurred in Crystal River that was reported to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, where a green Kia vehicle had fled from the scene of the crash. A deputy saw a vehicle pass by his patrol vehicle, that matched the description of the hit and run vehicle, and he pursued it with the patrol vehicle's lights and sirens activated, while it was traveling south of N. Elm Dr. The vehicle made several turns before the deputy lost sight of the vehicle. The following day (May 27), deputies responded to a "suspicious vehicle" at a residence in the 4000 block of N. Rosebud Pt. in Crystal River, where Mr. Roush told deputies, according to his arrest report, that he and another person were passengers inside the vehicle during the hit and run crash and the vehicle pursuit.
