Morris Randel Kinser, Sr., 70, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with sexual battery of a person without consent and with threat of force or violence ($25,000 bond). Mr. Kinser is accused of having sexual relations with an adult with diminished mental capacity.

Jada Catherine Buchner, 24, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams.

Shawn Alan Thomas, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant as a fugitive from justice (no bond).

Eugene Albert Craig, 45, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).

Justin Lee Ringle, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $1,178.

Dennis Flemmings, 50, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dylan Bryan Ayala, 26, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Hillsborough County, FL warrant for grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, and criminal use of personal identification information ($10,000 bond).

Kendra Lee Smith, 38, of Homosasssa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdeneanor probation (no bond).

Matthew Edwin Isom, 24, of Cocoa, FL, was charged with misdemeanor battery ($1,000 bond).

Jonathan Edward Siner, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence, and battery.

Stephanie Danielle Leibrand, 33, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (0.5 gram methamphetamine), with her bond set at $2,000. She was also arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdeneamor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Richard Curtis Doty, 50, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($500 bond). The report stated that a deputy observed Mr. Doty sitting next to a dumpster at the rear of the Beverly Hills Plaza, located at  4065 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Beverly Hills, FL, although he'd been trespassed from the location on April 8, 2021. 

James Littleton Stephens, 42, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction; and resisting an officer without violence (3,000 bond).

Christopher James William Adams, 36, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for petit theft with a previous theft conviction ($1,000 bond).

Ralph Kenneth Flack, III, 43, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court: one on charges of battery of a public servant, resisting an officer with violence, and disorderly conduct (no bond), and the other on a charge of misdemeanor criminal mischief ($4,500 bond).

Travis Dawson McVey, 30, of Inglis, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Kerry Nicole Mitaritonno, 33, of Hernndo, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charges of using or possessing the identification of another person without consent, and forging or altering a bank bill, note, check or draft (no bond).

Andrew William Brinn, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for two counts of violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

William George Buesing, IV, 40, of Cedar Key, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual offender, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle (no bond).

James Littleton Stephens, 42, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of cocaine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and driving while license suspended as an habitual offender), with his bond set at none.

Troy Elwood McLean, 47, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Keith Joseph Cabrera, 55, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond). He was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon ($10,000 bond).

Leon James Quillen, 28, of Inverness, FL, was arrested for violation of a condition of pretrail release on an original arrest for domestic violence (no bond).

Brittney Jill Greene, 34, of Hernando, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Thomas Alexander White, 32, homeless in the Homosassa, FL area, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($10,000 bond). White is accused of stabbing a man's abdominal area while in the parking lot of the Mango Tango restaurant in Homosassa, then of driving away. He was later located at the Three Sisters Motel on S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa. The victim was transported via helicopter to an area hospital.

Bailey Marie Worrall, 25, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for retail petit theft of $100 or less. She's accused of taking 14 items wih combined value  of $51.70 from the Lecanto, FL Walmart store without paying for the items, which were recovered.

Dawn Marie Pacheco, 46, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($2,000 bond).

Josh James Lunginsland, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

David Matthew Vickers, 44, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual offender, theft of a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($7,000 bond). He was also charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).

Dyllon Jacob Kichar, 19, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for knowingly transmitting information harmful to a minor in Florida by way of an electronic device or equipment ($2,000 bond).

Wesley Paul Willey, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspeded or revoked ($2,000 bond).

John Seigler Copley, Jr., 19, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, threatening a public servant, and theft of a motor vehicle ($9,000 bond).

Simon Joseph Trajkovich, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for retail petit theft of $100 or less. He's accused of failing to scan numerous items totaling $44.30 at the Homosassa Walmart store self checkout area, then of leaving the store without paying for the unscanned items.

Nicholas Anthony Vonner, 23, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (0.34 gram of methamphetamine), with his bond set at $2,000.

Andrew Debamore, 38,of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell), with his bond set at none.

Celeste Miah Larisey, 23, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Jessica Lynn Dcamden, 28, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended, a second or subequent offense (no bond).

Kevin Keith Cupit, 43, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on two writs of bodily attachment in the amount of $677 each for failure to pay child support (total cash purge bond of $1,354)

William G. Carr, 63, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence, third offense within ten years of a previous conviction ($5,000 bond).

Anthony Robert Elacqua, 26, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). He was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($3,026 bond).

Kendall Isaiah Murphy, 25, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with resisting an oficer with violence, aggravated battery of a public servant, and battery of a public servant ($20,000 bond).

Jonathan Jeremy Wolf, 35, of Floral City, FL, was charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($3,000 bond).

Gerald Robert Deam, Jr., 42, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Donald Frederick Landon, 53, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $1,177.

Jeffrey Francis Allyn, 36, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Holly Katherine Trail, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). She's accused of driving impaired to pick up a child from Crystal River Primary School, located at 8624 W. Crystal St. in Crystal River. The report stated that she performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, but refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.

Randall Todd Shepherd, 26, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge.

Robert Bryan Spittlehouse, 47, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Hernando County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense ($2000 bond).

Rachel Diane Dabney, 26, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (probation for felony theft), with her bond set at none.

Richard Ray Nestor, 42, of Weeki Wachee, FL, was arrested on a Hernando County, FL warrant for grand theft of $100,000 or more, and burglary with damage greater than $1,000 ($30,000 bond).
 
Adam Joseph Joerres, 33, of Inverness, FL, was charged with soliciting or engaging in sexual conduct with a student as an authoriy figure ($10,000 bond). Mr. Joerres, a teacher at Lecanto High School in Lecanto, FL, is accusing of sending inappropriate text messages and images, with sexual content, to a student.

Robert Daniel Cronin, 38, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond).

Jessica Marie Hill, 34, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with battery by a detainee upon a visitor or another detainee ($2,000 bond).

Patricia Joan Tverberg, 71, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).
 
Anthony Paul Hlavaty, 44, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for possession of drug paraphernalia), with his bond set at none.

Joshua Dale Van Horn, 30, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Joseph James Kennedy, 45, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with petit retail theft of $100 or less, and possession of a controlled substance ($2,500 bond).

Loretta Ann MacCallum, 64, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with  driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).

Ashley Nicole Mullinax, 32, of Leesburg, FL, was charged with felony petit theft ($2,000 bond). She's accused of leaving the Inverness, FL Walmart store with Tide laundry pods, valued at $11.97, that she did not scan or pay for. The arrest report stated that she was charged with a felony because she's been convicted of two previous theft convictions (April 13, 2009 and Dec. 22, 2016). Her shopping companion, Cari Lynn Levandoski (see below), was also arrested on the same charge

Cari Lynn Levandoski, 31 of Leesburg, FL, was charged with felony petit theft ($2,000 bond). She's accused of leaving the Inverness, FL Walmart store with a Legos construction toy, Gummy Bears candy and personnal care products, with a combined value of $148.58, that she did not scan or pay for. The arrest report stated that she was charged with a felony because she's been convicted of two previous theft convictions (Sept. 2, 2008, and Aug. 10, 2012). Her shopping companion, Ashley Nicole Mullinax (see above), was also arrested on the same charge

Donald Marshall, 59, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

William George Buesing, IV, 39, of Cedar Key, FL, was charged with violation of his Citrus County, FL, felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine), with his bond set at none.
