Jason Robert Gilstrap, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond) and also charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).

Shauna Mariah Carpenter, 21, of Crysal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Ryan Anthony MacDonald, 34, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $1,178.    

UPDATED: Vanessa Guajardo, 26, of Adelanto, CA, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $300; theft of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, and burglary of an occupied residence ($18,500 bond). Ms. Guajardo is accused causing a three-vehicle traffic crash in Homosassa, FL, about 6:07 pm, by striking a vehicle from behind, causing it to hit another vehicle, at the intersection of S. Suncoast Blvd. (US 19) and W. Ponce DeLeon Blvd. (US 98), then fleeing the scene of the traffic crash. Witnesses provided deputies with a description of the hit and run vehicle, a Suzuki, and the license plate number. Deputies learned that the hit and run Suzuki had been stolen in Clearwater, FL. A be on the lookout ("BOLO") was issued for the vehicle, which was located, with front end damage, parked on S. Lone Pine St. Inside the Suzuki, deputies found a chainsaw and two leaf blowers, with a combined value of approximately $200, that had been stolen from the garage of a home on the street. Inside the garage, deputies found Ms. Guajardo, with the keys to the Suzuki inside her pocket, although she denied that she'd driven the vehicle, her arrest report stated.

Travis Dawson McVey, 30, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges ($2,500 bond).

Michael Paul Martinis, 42, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery, and battery of a person age 65 or older (no bond).

Michael Patrick Brady, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).

Arnold Webster Horton, 34, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony battery (committing battery with a previous battery conviction).

UPDATED: Isaias Galarza-Nieves, 25, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with arson, and resisting an officer without violence ($6,000 bond). Mr. Galarza-Nieves is accused of setting fire to a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier four-door sedan in the yard of a N. Blue Terrace, Crystal River residence. Deputies arrived to find the back seat of the vehicle burned, and heavy smoke coming from inside the vehicle when the doors were opened. One witness told a deputy that he'd argued with Galarza-Nieves because he'd used his vehicle without permission and told him to fix his own vehicle. A short time later, he said, he heard a loud noise and saw Galarza-Nieves walking west, away from the vehicle that was full of smoke. Another witness told the deputy that Galarza-Nieves was overwhelmed with the vehicle being broken and stated he was going to set it on fire, just before the fire started, and she'd heard a loud nose coming from the back of the property. Deputies located Galarza-Nieves in the front yard of a residence located in the 500 block of N. Dunkenfield Ave. in Crystal River. He resisted deputies when theey attempted to take him into custody. The report stated that Galarza-Nieves smelled strongly of gas and smoke, and he had small burns to his right knee.

Guy William Wedegartner, 47, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for two counts of battery (no bond).

Christopher Allen Rehmund, 38, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction ($1,000 bond).

Daniel Lee Benoit, 21, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Kayla Marie Lewis Green, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, a second or subsequent offense (no bond). She was also charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond).

Jonathan Michael Costigan, 29, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($2,000 bond).

Traske Cordale Johnson, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon wthout intent to kill  ($22,000 bond).

David Emanuel Foreman, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($5,000 bond). A deputy reported that he saw Mr. Foreman driving a lawn mower, towing a car trailer filled with lawn equipment, traveling north on S. Bob White Dr. and turn onto W. Sasser St. in Homosasss, although his driver's license had been cancelled in 2018, and he had numerous convictions for driving infractions.

Brian Thomas Friske, 60, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no  bond).

Robert Alan Schaefer, 49, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges: one charge was operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (no bond) and the other charge was driving while license suspended ($2,000 bond). 

Christy Sherie Haile, 41, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($4,000 bond).

Sabrina Louise Burk, 25, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Shane Phillip Ledbetter, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($5,000 bond).

Nicholas John Smith, 29, of Floral City, FL, was charged with disorderly public intoxication and trespassing ($1,500 bond). Mr. Smith is accused of causing a disturbance with other patrons of the Whiskey River Saloon, located at 3451 E. Louise Ln., in Hernando, FL. The report stated that Smith exhibited signs of being intoxicated, extended his finger and also balled up his fist while shouting obscenities at the deputy, who'd been summoned to trespass Smith from the location.

Dustin Payne Cupeto, 27, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; driving under the influence, and refusing to submit to sobriety testing ($2,500 bond).

Brandon Earl Suttles, 33, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Lara Marie Havranek, 42, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond). She was also charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).

Willis Edward Daville, 46, of Floral City, FL, was charged with two counts of resisting an officer without violence ($2,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy attempted to question Mr. Daville in regard to a verbal dispute and also an investigation into criminal mischief, and he refused commands to stop as he escaped through a window and barracaded himself inside a trailer on a gated property that did not belong to him. 

Tylor Jobe Herrera, 40, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).

Dawn Civil Dietrich, 62, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($5,000 bond). She was also charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

April Dawn Cooper, 44, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).

Leon James Quillen, 28, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

Michael Anthony Venuto, 24, of Floral City, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second or subsequent offense ($1,000 bond). He was also arresed on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).

Andrew William Brinn, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (approximately 1 gram of methamphetamine) and driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($7,000 bond).

Harley John Clayton, 26, of Hudson, FL, was arrested on a Pasco County, FL warrant for driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($5,000 bond).

Leon James Quillen, 28, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery, and violation of a condition of pretrial release when the original arrest was for domestic violence (no bond).

Bobby Lane Larkin, 20, of Floral City, FL, was charged with felony battery - committing battery with a previous battery conviction (no bond).

Blake Brockway Powell, 26, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Nicholas Anthony Tamburro, 27, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with loitering or prowling at a time or in a manner not usual to a lawful citizen, and resisting an officer without violence ($1,500 bond). He was also arrested on a pickup order, and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and resisting an officer without violence ($3,000 bond).

Melissa Margaret Brown, 33, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Steven Corey Schilb, 45, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond). He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). 

Joseph Lee Cook, 45, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($4,000 bond).

Patrick Nicholas Waybright, 40, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on felony charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and burglary of a conveyance (no bond).

Amber Lynn Jensen, 35, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation.

Patricia Ann St. Hilaire, 35, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with felony petit theft due to two or more previous theft convictions ($2,000 bond), and domestic battery (no bond).

Joshua Aaron Yeargin, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for the sale of less than 28 grams of oxycodone), with his bond set at none.

David Wayne Miller, 46, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Neil Thomas Keller, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance ($5,000 bond).

Andrew Harold Howard, 35, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft, second offense (no bond).

Rachel Nicole Craddock, 33, of Inverness, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended, trafficking in fentanyl (greater than 4 grams, but less than 14 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence ($35,500 bond). The arrest came as the result of a traffic stop conducted in Inverness due to a traffic violation. Ms. Craddock was the driver; her driver's license was suspended (for failure to pay traffic fines), May 14, 2018, and cancelled, Feb. 17, 2020. She was found to be in possession of 1 gram of tetrahydrocannabinol ("THC") wax, 1 oxycodone 15 mg pill, an unspecified amount of methamphetamine, 4.2 grams of fentanyl that she tried to stomp into the dirt with her foot, according to the report, along with an unidentified orange pill (the report stated that the imprint was scraped off), and several items of drug paraphernalia.

Kylee Lynne Zarro, 31, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Aaron Matthew Smith, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a conrolled substance, and trafficking in 4 grams or more, but less than 14 grams of a Schedule II controlled substance (no bond).

Megan Theresa Stergios, 29, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with two counts of failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges: one charge was battery ($2,000 bond) and the other charge was possession of drug parphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Erik Andrew Hess, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to  pay child support ($1,177 cash only bond).

Jennifer Lee Jewell, 45, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested at the Circle K convenience store, located at 400 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Crystal River, FL, on a Sumter County, FL warrant for contempt of court (no bond).

Sarah Luby Carter, 28, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at the Department of Corrections Probation and Parole office, located at 1630 Hwy. 41 N. in Inverness, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine), with her bond set at none.

Walter Gage Bevington, 19, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for operating a motor vehicle with no valid license), with his bond set at none.

Hailey Nicole Isbell, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($2,000 bond).

Dustin Ray Elam, 34, of Leesburg, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop, conducted of W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. (Hwy. 44) and S. Henley Ter. in Lecanto, of a vehicle traveling 72 mph in a 50 mph speed zone. Mr. Elam, the driver, was found to be in possession of 0.5 gram of methamphetamine, which was located inside of his backpack.
