        UPDATE - The size of the wildfire was amended by FFS to 15 acres, not 60 acres as originally stated.
Citrus County, Florida - According to the Florida Forest Service (FFS) Withlacoochee Forestry Center, as of approximately 10:00 pm, on Wednesday, May 13, a 60-acre wildfire wass 100% contained in the Crystal Manor neighborhood of Crystal River in northern Citrus County. The fire location was east of U.S. Hwy. 19, south of W. Cornflower Dr. near the intersection of N. Dawnflower Ave. and W. Cockscomb Dr. According to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, the cause of the fire is unknown at this time. Firefighters continued mop up operations, May 14.
