Alberto Ballesteros, 58, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Ronald Jack Taylor, 48, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). While investigating an altercation that occurred at a S. Dove Dr., Floral City residence, a deputy reported that he noticed that an item dropped from Mr. Taylor's hand onto a small red bench in the front yard of a residence. The deputy investigated the item and learned that it was a small baggie that contained 0.5 gram of methamphetamine. 

Brittany Lynn Burks, 29, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).

Matthew Henry Long, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for petit theft), with his  bond set at none.

Brenton Bowdrie Vinson, 30, of Dade City, FL, was transported from the Hernando County Jail in Brooksville, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, after being arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine), with his bond set at none.

Skye E. Smith, 20, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.    

Christopher Michael Hampton, 48, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for felony battery - committing battery with a previous battery conviction (no bond).

Luann Marie Tamburro, 44, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Tyler James Tyree, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (1,000 bond).

Andre Wayne Williams, 37, of Bellview, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Gretchen Natalie Wynkoop, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for defrauding an innkeeper), with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Kristine Lynn Hess, 37, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for grand theft), with her bond set at none.

Troy Glenn Draughn, 54, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of an injunction by refusing to vacate a dwelling shared with the petitioner.

Jonathan Edward Siner, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.

Amy Lou McGlocklin, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Lake County, FL warrant for theft of a motor vehicle ($5,000 bond).

Brett Bear Bigel, 23, of Hernando, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence by being within 500 feet of a designated area (no bond).    

Barbara Ann Kuniski, 53, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Justin Yandle Webb, 37, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Dante Anton Alexander, 33, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at NE 5th St. and NE 12th Ave. in Crystal River, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for trespassing on property after warning ($1,000 bond).

John Paul Mutch, 47, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Margaret Caylemarie Teachman, 36, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Jacob Jeremie Brannon, 33, of Ledbetter, KY, was arrested as a fugitive from justice into Florida on a Livingston County, KY warrant for first degree criminal mischief (no bond). According to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Mr. Ledbetter contacted the agency with information about the warrant for his arrest and gave his location (the intersection of S. Rock Crusher Rd. and W. Donahue Ln. in Crystal River, FL), and a deputy went to the location and placed him under arrest.

Jeanna Mae Cornelius, 19, was charged with agravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).

Nicholas Michael Wilson, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges: one on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond), and the other on a charge of petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750 ($2,000 bond).

Domenic Shane Roberts, 21, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on three warrants: one for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond), and two for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond)

Matthew Devine Hamilton, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).

Joseph Michael Powers, 25, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond). He was additionally charged with falsely identifying himself to a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer without violence ($1,500 bond). He was also charged with the theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond). The arrest report regarding the vehicle theft stated the arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted in Hernando at E. Millwood Ln. and N. Redwood Ave. in which Mr. Powers was a back seat passenger. Mr. Powers was identified from video surveillance as the suspect who stole a vehicle that was next to a gas pump with the engine running, on April 27, 2021, at the Circle K gas station located at 6296 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Crystal River, FL.

Ian Emerson Beggs, 36, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle ($500 bond) in Crystal River, FL.

At 4:01 am, Alexander Lee Lamb, 24, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine), with his bond set at none. He was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, resisting an officer without violence, aggravated fleeing from a law enforcement officer from the scene of a crash with property damage or injury, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($22,000 bond).

At 4:01 am, Cody Christopher Smith, 24, of Inverness, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond) during a traffic stop conducted due to a vehicle having a tag attached to it not asigned to that vehicle, in which Mr. Smith was a passenger. He was found to be in possession of 2.5 grams of methamphetamine and 67.5 grams of cannabis.

Bruce Daniel Forman, 42, of Garrettsville, OH, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL warrants for violation of felony probation (no bond). One probation was for trafficking in stolen property and giving false verification of the ownership of secondary metals, and the other probation was for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Brian Joseph Spencer, 51, of Ft. Myers, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with property damage ($500 bond). The report stated that Mr. Spencer was involved in a traffic crash at the intersection of SR 44 (W. Gulf to Lake Hwy.) and W. Sandy Hill St. in Leanto, FL that damaged a black Acura TLX vehicle, and that he performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, but refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.

Richard Zachary Hambrick, 22, of Inverness, FL, is accused of traveling past a traffic accident at approximately 80 miles per hour, and when a deputy attempted to conduct a trafic stop on the vehicle, he continued to speed, driving recklesly on W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. from Lecanto, FL into Crystal River, FL, before eventually coming to a stop. He was charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer, driving under the influence, and driving while license suspended or revoked ($4,000 bond).

Craig Erik Bosse, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($1,000 bond).

Timothy Marvin Neeld, 56, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Tyler Young George, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction ($5,000 bond). He was also arrested on a writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support, with his cash purge bond set at $1,178.

Keith Richard Leete, 60, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).

Tammy Lyn Newhall, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The arrest was the result of a complaint that a woman kept passing out behind the wheel of a car in the parking lot of Hunter Springs Park, located at 104 NE 1st Ave. in Crystal River, FL. The report stated that a deputy noted signs of impairment, and that Ms. Newhall refused to submit to roadside sobriety testing and also breath alcohol testing.

Tracy Leigh Byrd, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft ($2,000 bond).

Tyler Anthony Richardson, 19, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). According to the arrest report, a deputy found Mr. Richardson asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle (the ignition was in the "Park" position) that was stopped in the middle of  the southbound lanes of N. Suncoast Blvd. (U.S. Hwy. 19), slightly south of Bayfront Health Seven Rivers hospital in Crystal River. The report stated that he performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, but later refused to submit to breath, blood or urine testing.

Sean Owen Snipes, 49, of Inverness, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and tampering with evidence ($7,000 bond).
