Danielle Tashaina Horst, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with petit theft with a previous theft conviction (in 2014), and trafficking in methamphetamine (greater than 14 grams), with her bond set at $6,000. At the self checkout area of the Lecanto, FL Walmart store, Ms. Horst is accused of failing to scan 27 items with a combined value of $160.10 when she scanned and paid for other items, then of leaving the store wihout paying for the non-scanned items. When she was taken into custody, she was found to be in possession of 16.1 grams of methamphetamine, located inside her purse.

Jackson Daniel Lee, 34, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, illegal possession of a controlled substance, and child neglect without causing great bodily harm ($6,000 bond). In response to a wellbeing check at the Chevron gas station, located at 5445 S. Suncoast Blvd., in Homosassa, Mr. Lee was found asleep, inside a sedan that was parked beside a gas pump. The car was not running, the windows were closed, and a two year-old child was in the back seat. Mr. Lee, who was found to be in possession of 1.0 gram of fentanyl, told a deputy that he'd recently snorted (breathed in through his nose) fentanyl, and a friend had dropped off the sedan, which he'd been using for the past two days. The sedan had been reported stolen from Hernando County, FL on April 26, 2021. 

George Wayne Grimes, Jr., 21, of Inverness, FL, was charged with operating an unregistered vehicle ($500 bond) during a traffic stop in Inverness. The report also stated that Mr. Grimes had a learner's permit, but not a driver's license, and he'd been detained, earlier in the day, by another deputy who'd told him he could not drive, and had issued him a citation.

Davon Donell Edouard, 19, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).

Tiffany Lynn Horne, 28, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Chad Michael Morrison, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).

Brian Sheehan Kelley, Jr., 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($500 bond).

Brian Patrick Fahey, 36, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond) during a traffic stop in Lecanto.

Emily Paige Dobrowski, 19, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with using, displaying or attempting to use a firearm while committing a felony; carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($12,000 bond).

Jacob Glenn Munger, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Michael James Fitzgerald, 62, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony battery - committing battery with a prior conviction for battery (no bond).    

Joshua Lewis Taylor, 34, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($1,000 bond),

Jeremy Joseph Illiscavitch, 28, of Tampa, FL, was charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence by coming within 100 feet of the petitioner's vehicle (no bond).    

Felishia Noelle Kunselman, 26, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).    

Timothy James Beasley, 30, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation ($905 bond).

Richard Russell Talkington, 31, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Monroe County, FL warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court, one on a misdemeanor charge of operating a motorcycle without a license, and the other for driving while license suspended or revoked, and failure to pay child support ($10,000 bond).

Brian Dean Frye, 52, of Brooksville, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction ($1,000 bond); and violation of felony probation (probation for two counts of grand theft of $300 or more, but less than $5,000), with his bond set at none. 

Charlene Risner, 56, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Frankie Alton Simmons, Jr., 35, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, and battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical services provider, or public transit employee, etc. ($7,000 bond). He was also charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).    

Anthony James Agostini, 38, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; illegal possession of a controlled substance, grand theft of a firearm, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($7,000 bond). Mr. Agostino is accused of a burglary that was viewed on camera and by the victim who reported the theft and a description of the suspect's vehicle. After a pursuit, Mr. Agostino was taken into custody on N. Citrus Ave. in Crystal River. He was found to be in possession of several items, which included a Springfield XD 0.40 caliber firearm, a laptop computer, approximately 100 rounds of 0.556 caliber ammunition and approximately 150 rounds of 0.40 caliber ammunition - that he admitted having taken from the victim. He was also found to be in possession of 0.4 gram of methamphetamine and 4.4 grams of cannabis.

Addam Marshall Hicks, 25, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Lara Marie Havranek, 42, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Dominique Epps, 33, of Ocala, FL, was transported from the Santa Rosa Correctional Institution in Milton, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for carjacking without the use of a firearm or other deadly weapon ($15,000 bond).

Robert Jay Cooper, 50, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Kevin Patrick Kelley, 37, of Inverness, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond), after deputies were dispatched to Wallace Brooks Park, located at 321 Dampier St. in Inverness, due to complaints of a person, later identified as Mr. Kelley, blowing an air horn. The report stated that Mr. Kelley had previously been trespassed from the park on June 25, 2020.

Jason Lain Brown, 25, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation ($155 bond).

Dalton James Bailey, 22, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Sumter County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft of less than $100 ($513 bond).

Jason Robert Gilstrap, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and failing to stop or fleeing from a law enforcement officer after being ordered to stop ($2,500 bond).

Christina Caridao Piedra, 38, of Crystal River, FL, was charged wih fraud by illegal use of a credit card ($2,000 bond).

Bryce Levi Coviello, 32, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750; criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000; petit theft of less than $100, and burglary of an unoccupied conveyance ($13,500 bond). He was also charged with failing to notify the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) within 48 hours of an address change as required of a sex offender in Florida ($2,000 bond), and three counts of violation of felony probation; the probations were for (1) possession of methamphetamine (no bond), (2) two counts of credit card fraud (no bond), and (3) burglary of a structure or conveyance (no bond).

Brett Thomas Carver, 27, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with violation of a condition of pretrial release when the original arrest was for domestic violence (no bond).

Lisa Ann Stergios, 63, of Hernando, FL, was charged with four counts of failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($8,000 bond).

Andrew William Brinn, 33, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Richard Curtis Doty, 50, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with trespassing and resisting an officer without violence ($2,000 bond). Citrus County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) deputies were dispatched to the Beverly Hills Plaza, located at 4069 N. Lecanto Hwy, in Bevely Hills, FL, due to a 911 hangup call coming from the CCSO's Ridge area substation located within the shopping plaza. Deputies located Mr. Doty, who eventually admitted that he made the call. The report stated that Doty attempted to flee from a deputy, who quickly grabbed him, and also that he'd been trespassed from the shopping center on April 27, 2021.

Chance William Hess, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense ($500 bond). He was also charged with violating his Pinellas Couny, FL probation (probation for driving while license suspended), with his bond set at none.

Dakota Leif Amaturo, 22, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Diana Marie Ward, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
 
Gabrielle Lynn Frank, 31, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Kaylan Rose Austin, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Courtney Ray Fox, 22, of Madison, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).

Susan Faye Lennon, 43, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond).

Thomas Earl Smail, 38, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $300 ($500 bond).

Kevin Patrick Kelley, 37, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of  criminal mischief (no bond).

Roderick Dashaun Smith, 22, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Peter Fernando Hammock, 24, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Mara Nicole Hodges, 33, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on two warrants: one for violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence, and domestic battery (no bond), and the other for violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence by coming within 500 feet of a designated area (no bond). She was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, and introduction of contraband (drugs or narcotics) into a detention facility ($4,000 bond).

Roland Jackson Bradford, Jr., 50, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction ($2,000 bond).

Robert Stephen Poling, 21, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Gretchen Natalie Wynkoop, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy went to a room at the Days Inn, located at 2380 NW Hwy. 19, in Crystal River, to serve her with a Marion County, FL felony arrest warrant, and she refused to leave the motel room and attempted to close the door, so that the deputy was forced to grab her hand and pull her from the motel room to take her into custody.

Harmon Constantine Stevenson, III, 42, of Floral City, FL, was charged with animal cruelty, and resisting an officer without violence ($3,000 bond).

Jessica Keely Voss, 29, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Derek Taylor Stevens, 30, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controllled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

James Harold Smith, 36, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Polk County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor battery charge ($500 bond).

Robert Michael Owsiak, 42, of Hernando, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

William Carl Butler, 50, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, resisting an officer without violence, and fleeing from an officer or failing to stop after being ordered to stop by a law enforcement officer ($7,000 bond).

Brian Wayne Livingston, 54, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge.

Amethyst Rose Sandelier, 21, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violaltion of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Christina Caridao Piedra, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, and petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750.

Bryce Levi Coviello, 32, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000; illegal use of a credit card, petit theft of less than $100, and burglary of an uoccupied conveyance ($8,500 bond). He was also charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000; and burglary of an unoccupied conveyance ($6,000 bond).

Brooke Ann Campbell, 37, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested on a Sumter County, FL warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($1,026 bond).

Timothy Emerson Gifford, II, 46, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for petit theft, first offense), with his bond set at none.

Robert James Gibson, Jr., 44, of Clermont, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). During a traffic stop in Inverness, FL due to his vehicle having no functioning tag light, Mr. Gibson was found to be in possession of one gram of methamphetamine.

Gary Lee Klingman, Jr., 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
