Willie James Clark, 56, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Florida warrant for violation of parole (the original offense was grand theft of a motor vehicle); no bond.

Allison Michelle Becker, 38, of Inverness, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).    

Bridget Sue Walters Cubbage, 39, of Brooksville, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Gabriel Dalton Gandy, 26, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin); no bond.

Allen Anthony Feliciano, 49, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for sexual battery (familial or custodial) of a person under the age of 18, and lewd or lascivious molestation of a person under the age of 12 (no bond).    

Stephanie Norrell Clayborn, 34, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants, one for violation of probation (probation for felony petit theft and resisting a merchant with violence), with her bond set at none; and the other for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).

Allen James Coonfield, 31, of Homosassa, FL, was  charged with violation of a condition of pre-trial release (no bond).

Duane Michael Schor, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with felony battery (causing great bodily harm, permanent disability, or disfigurement); no bond.

Teresa Sue Berglund, 53, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Teresa Lynn Montag, 29, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($2,000 bond).

Rickey Eugene Frye, 43, of Beverly Hils, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a Frederick County, VA warrant for possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, being a prisioner in possession of an unlawful chemical, and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Robert Charles Saunders, 57, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond).

Frederick James Borrmann, III, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation.    

Ashley L. Edmonds, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant as a fugitive from justice into Florida.

Dalton Keith Edmonds, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant as a fugitive from justice into Florida.

Stacey Bernard Edwards, 46, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked (third offense with a previous conviction), and criminal use of personal identification information ($7.000 bond).

Richard David Albritton, Jr., 40, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond).

Hoang M. Hguyen, 49, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a license expired for greater than six months ($2,000 bond).

Jada Lynn Welter, 41, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court, one on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft, second offense (no bond), and the other for driving while license knowingly suspended (no bond).

Robert Roy Key, 37, of Inverness, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and resisting an officer without violence ($5,000 bond); two Citrus County warrants for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($2,000 bond), and one Citrus County warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked (no bond).

Isaiah Dakotah Gross, 18, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, and reckless driving ($1,000 bond).

Holly Rachelle Pinney, 31, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Roger Hinton Croft, 44, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug parpahernalia ($3,000 bond).

Steven Michael Hemnarine, 38, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Vicki Gail Lay, 41, of Hernando, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond).

Bryan Vega, 29, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation (probation for two counts of willful child abuse); no bond,

Terry M. McNamara, 55, of Ocala, FL, was charged with resisting an officer with violence, theft of a motor vehicle, and battery of a law enforcement officer ($17,000 bond). The arrest came as the result of a suspicious vehicle reported on S. Florida Ave. in Inverness, parked halfway on the road and halfway in a parking lot, that deputies learned had been reported stolen in Ocala, FL. Ms. McNamara is accused of being uncooperative with deputies and spitting on a deputy, while commenting on the coronavirus, enroute to the detention facility.

Brian Lanier Diehl, 56, of Bushnell, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Edward Keith Stoddard, 65, of Hernando, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750; and trespassing ($2,000 bond).

Jack Leon Elam, 83, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with animal cruelty ($2,000 bond). A witness accused him of spraying a dog, approximately five times, with a spectricide (wasp and hornet poisen). The report stated that Mr. Elam told a deputy that he bought the spray to use on the dog, and intentionally sprayed the dog with it with the intention of harming the dog.

Anthony Kyle Storman, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $333.

Courtney Catherine Pressley, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Christopher Carl Corbitt, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment in the amout of $749.    

Dale Millard Thomas, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a Bartow County, GA warrant for violation of probation (probation for aiding escape); no bond.

Shaina McBee, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for abuse of an elderly or disabled adult without causing great bodily harm); no bond.

Jerremy Paul Tomczak, 34, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine); no bond.

Chad Michael Beaver, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while licene suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).

Aaron Forest Miller, 41, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of fentanyl); no bond.

Robert Archer Panholzer, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).

Paul Anthony King, 35 of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 0.4 gram of fentanyl; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Michael Joseph Latulip, 34, of Bellview, FL, was charged with battery - touch or strike ($1,000 bond). He's accused of touching the victim's waist and shoulder while whispering in her ear (allegedly asking the victim to take a photograph with him) at the dock area outside Cracker's restaurant and bar in Crystal River, FL.

John Graydon Pendergast, 35, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Jennifer Brooke Angle, 36, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with child neglect without causing great bodily harm by willful or culpable negligence, operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, reckless driving, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Matthew Henry Long, 36, of Hernando, FL, was charged with petit theft with a previous theft conviction.

Toriano Marlon McPhee, Jr., 22, of Invernes, FL, was arrested on a warrant for battery ($1,000 bond).

Michael Edward Carver, 50, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine); no bond.

Dominick Michael Capelli, 20, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for battery ($1,000 bond).

Samantha Elizabeth Justin, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Virginia Pauline Fischer, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $1,000 or more ($2,000 bond).

Jonathan Michael Rogers, 41, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Lowell James Bailey, 45, of North Point, FL, was arrested on a Charlotte County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of probation (probation for possession of a controlled substance); no bond.

Robert Perry Wilson, 31, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants, one for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (no bond), and the other for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond).
