John Edward Moore, 63, of Brooksville, FL, was charged with felony driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($5,000 bond).
James Russell Brandon Stewart, 35, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted in Crystal River, FL, due to the driver (Mr. Stewart) swerving within his lane of travel. He was charged with felony driving while license suspended or reoked as an habitual traffic offender ($5,000 bond).
Thomas Steve Burke, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with two counts of retail petit theft of $100 or less, and resisting an officer without violence ($2,000 bond). On March 31, he's accused of taking a hair curling iron, valued at $69.88, from the Homosassa Walmart store without paying for it, then of running from a deputy into a wooded ares near the store. Earlier in the month (March 8), he's accused of taking a radar detector, valued at $99.77, from the store, again without paying for the item. The report stated that both incidents were recorded on the store's surveillance video.

Anthony Grafden Weekes, 34, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.
Megan Mae Oliver, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
William Condo Lange, Jr., 34, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond). He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
Brian Keith Hignite, 41, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($8,000 bond).
Isaac James Bridger, 41, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750; criminal mischief of $200 or less, resisting an officer without violence, and false imprisonment ($7,500 bond). He was also charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and abuse of an elderly person or disabled adult (no bond).
John Curtis Gieseler, 21, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation; criminal mischief of $1,000 or mor, felony domestic battery by strangulation, and violation of a condition of pretrial release when the original arrest was for domestic violence (no bond).
Jamerson Marques Badger, 24, of Inverness, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750 ($1,000 bond), violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond), and burglary with battery (no bond).
Shawn Emerson Dyer, 31, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).
Ashley Nicole Cannon, 21, of Floral City, FL, turned herself in ata the Citrus County Detention Facility and was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for driving under the influence and battery), with her bond set at none.

Jennifer Lee Catrett-Porcelli, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop at W. Oaklawn St. and S. Butterfield Pt., in Homosassa, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($500 bond).
Margaret A. Kidwell, 58, of Newark, OH, was charged with disorderly intoxication ($500 bond). Ms. Kidwell is accused of causing, while intoxicated, such a disturbance at Wallace Brooks Park (located at 321 E. Dampier St. in Inverness, FL), that people who had gathered nearby to mourn the passing of a loved one, "Had to move their gathering further down the park so as not to expose their young children to the defendant’s actions and loud profanity," according to the arrest report. Witnesses told deputies, according to the arrest report, that they'd attempted to take Ms. Kidwell to an Inverness residence from Coach's Pub and Eatery, but instead, Ms. Kidwell had walked to the park, continuing to speak loudly and use profanity, and when one of the witnesses had pulled her back to keep her from falling into the water from the dock, she'd pushed the witness. When deputies arrived at the park, they found Ms. Kidwell holding down one of the witnesses by her hair, "Still screaming profanities in front of thirty bystanders, including children," the report stated. Deputies and people on scene attempted to make arrangements for Ms. Kidwell to leave the park, but she refused to comply and was eventually placed under arrest.
Cody Evan Jones, 29, was charged with child abuse without causing great bodily harm, and domestic battery (no bond).
Michelle Anne White, 56, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less, loitering at a time or in a manner not usual to a lawful citizen, and burglary of an unoccupied structure ($6,000 bond).
Gary Lee Bozeman, 41, of Hernando, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled sunstance ($2,000 bond).

Jodi D. Fulgium, 44, of Brooksville, FL, was charged with resisting an officer with violence, trespassing after warning, and battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical services provider or public transit employee ($11,000 bond).
Joshua Brady Critchfield, 49, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with two counts of retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750; and one count of petit theft of less than $100 ($1,500 bond). He's accused of three incidents of taking items from the Lowe's home improvement store, located at 2301 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, FL without paying for the items. On Feb. 11, he's accused of taking three toilets with a combined value of $297; on March 2, he accused of taking a package of baseboard molding valued at $72.34; and on March 9, he's accused of taking three poplar boards and two packagaes of baseboard molding with a combined value of $232.04.
