Anthony Grafden Weekes, 34, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond) and battery ($1,000 bond).
Travis David Murdock, 20, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.
Shawn Ryan Garnett, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm, prohibited by an active injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond). Deputies were dispatched to Garnett's residence, due to an anonymous report of a person (Garnett) firing shots in the back yard of his residence, and arrived to hear sounds of rapid gunfire from the rear of the residence, and learned that Mr. Weekes was the respondent in a Citrus County injunction for protection against domestic violence (since June 10, 2019). He was found to be in possession of two firearms and nine rounds of ammunition.
Cody Franklin Wetherell, 29, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at a S. Marlene Pt., Inverness residence on an Orange County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of obstructing justice (no bond).
Deana Michelle Esslinger, 39, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for petit theft, second offense, and resisting a merchant), with her bond set at none.
Angelique Pauline Fitzpatrick, 38, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond). She was transported from the Hernando County Jail in Brooksville, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL. She was also chrged with violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine and petit theft, third conviction) with her bond set at none.
Jeremy Eugene Ealy, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence.
Nicole Celeste Andre, 53, of Inverness, FL, was charged with two counts of posession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond).
Jonathan Leigh Montalvo, II, 19, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond). The arrest was made as the result of deputies checking into the report of a possible traffic crash in the 1200 block of S. Elmwood Dr. in Inverness, FL. A deputy arrived to find the driver (Montalvo) of a vehicle slumped over, hitting his head against the steering wheel. The report stated that Montallvo's eyes were glassy, and his speech was slurred. He told deputies he'd stopped to have a cigarette while enroute to a friend's house. He was found to be in possession of 0.5 grams of heroin and two alprazolam 2 mg. tablets.
Vanessa Lee Wall, 42, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; leasing, renting or owning a place or structure for the purpose of drug trafficking, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($23,000 bond).
Daniel Eli Morse, 35, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with uttering a forged check ($2,000 bond). Mr. Morse is accused of altering a check, made out to him on Dec. 2, 2020 for air conditioning repair, changing the amount on the check from $100 to $900, and cashing it at the Bank of America, located at 450 SE Hwy. 19 in Crystal River. The victim provided the carbon copy of the check, which showed that the check had been written in the amount of $100, along with the copy of the check that had been cashed in the amount of $900, "which was clearly altered," according to the arrest report. The report also stated that Mr. Morse admitted that he'd altered and cashed the check, stating that the victim owed him more money than the $100 he'd written the check for.
Edward James Bennis, 23, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.
Michael Paul Okula, 44, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of attaching registration to a license plate not assigned to it ($2,000 bond),
David William Stumph, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Dustin Dwight Coulter, 34, of Hernando, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.
Gregory Jerome Jackson, 49, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).
Tobie Nicole Parham, 25, of Hernando, FL, was arrrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond). She was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug parpahernalia ($3,000 bond).
Robert Edward Greer, 69, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL warrants, one for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked), with his bond set at $555, and the other for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked, with his bond set at $2,000.
Kimberly P. Brown, 36, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy, who made a call for service to Ms. Brown's residence, observed methamphetamine fall from her back left pants pocket when she pulled her cell phone from her pocket. However, she denied that it belonged to her, stating that she found it when cleaning her house and slipped it into her pocket, the report stated.
Tavin Glendaryl Devaughn, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and resisting an officer without violence ($2,000 bond).
Heidi Lynne Bruno, 40, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).
Antonio Lee Dorman, 42, of Inverness, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled sunstance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).
Zackary Douglas Campbell, 25, of Greenville, SC, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Dana Lea Harbison, 33, of Inverness, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop in Homosassa, FL, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams (2 grams) with her bond set at $1,500.
Jerald Eugene Drummond, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving under the influence with property damage), with his bond set at none.
Kelsey Lynn Luoto, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving under the influence), with her bond set at none.
Todd Robert Maggio, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at Bayfront Health, located at 6201 N. Suncoast Blvd. in Crystal River, FL, on a Citrus County felony warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

Paul Anthony Pelletier, 35, of Hernando, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).
Sarah Lee Justin, 31, of Floral City, FL, was charged with burglary and resisting an officer without violence ($6,000 bond).
Alexander Baine Anderson, 24, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with petit theft of less than $100, and battery ($2,000 bond).
Kimberly Faith Madden, 32, of Lakeland, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernaila ($1,000 bond). A person from a business, located at 1181 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, FL, requested that Citrus County deputies trespass a U-Haul truck and scooter from the location. Deputies arrived to find Ms. Madden and a male sleeping inside the truck. Ms. Madden told a deputy that the truck had run out of gas, and a friend was waiting until daylight to drive the scooter to the gas station. The report stated that the scooter had been reported stolen to the Kissimmee Police Department in Kissimmee, FL. Ms. Madden was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe (inside her backpack) that tested positive for methamphetamine.
Thomas Gary Williams, 66, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of failure to register a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).
Amber Nicole Saults, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; and driving under the influence with damage to the property of another person ($1,500 bond).
Katherine Diane Dreher, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).
Michael Wayne Nannfelot, Jr., 34, of Summerfield, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).
