Mark Richard Emery, 66, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license supended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with damage to the property of another person ($4,500 bond).

Michael Joseph King, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).

Geraldine Primo Bugbee, 73, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).

Amber Danielle Summers, 43, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for child abuse without causing great bodily harm ($1,000 bond).

Providence Rodriguez, 63, of Hernando, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750 ($500 bond). At the self checkout area of the Walmart store located in Lecanto, FL, Ms. Rodriguez is accused of failing to scan items valued at $173.09, and then passing all points of sale without paying for the items

Christopher John Cahill, 35, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge.

A 17 year-old male juvenile was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for battery of a detention staff member or a juvenile probation officer ($5,000 bond). He was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Roderick Dashaun Smith, 22, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked). His bond was set at none.

Dustin Nathaniel Rives, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter or emergency medical services provider, etc. (no bond).

Jennifer Lee Catrett-Porcelli, 37, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense, with a previous conviction ($2,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOTS Bonita Carol Kelly, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for child neglect without great bodily harm, failure to report child abuse, knowingly using a child in a sexual performance, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. According to a press release, the juvenile victim told deputies that ze (she or he) had inappropriate sexual contact on several occasions with a man, later identified as William Charles Hale, Jr., 69, of Homosassa, FL, and that Ms. Kelly had coerced and threatened ze into sending explicit photographs to Mr. Hale, in exchange for him providing Ms. Kelly and the juvenile with prescription medication, money, nicotine products, and electronics, and Ms. Kelly had also facilitated in-person meetings between the victim and Hale over the past few years, during which Mr. Hale had initiated sexual contact. On Feb. 18, Mr. Hale was arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under the age of 16, promotion of a sexual performance by a child, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device (no bond). 

Matthew Allen Vanslette, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at a W. Orange Ln., Crystal River residence on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended or revoked), His bond was set at none.

Steven Alan Roy, 33, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted on N. Goldenrain Circle in Hernando, FL, on a Marion Couny, FL warrant for leaving the scene of a crash with non-serious injuries, and tampering with evidence ($7,000 bond).

Kenneth Wayne Hooks, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($500 bond).

Mariah Haley Grimes, 30, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving under the influence with property damage or personal injury), with her bond set at none.

James Michael Whetzel, 35, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at a S. Lincoln Ave., Beverly Hills residence on a Miami/Dade County, FL warrant for violation of probation (probation for driving while license suspended or revoked, third offense; driving while under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, two counts of driving under the influence with property damage or personal injury, and careless driving), with his bond set at none.

Joana Zamora, 38, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at a S. Lincoln Ave., Beverly Hills residence on a Miami/Dade County, FL warrant for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams (no bond).

Joseph Lawrence Wrighter, 59, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Hernando County, FL warrant for leaving the scene of a crash with property danage ($500 bond).    

Heather Lisa Holohan, 50, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for obtaining a credit card by theft or fraudulent means, and fraudulent use of a credit card  ($3,000 bond).

Kendra Lee Smith, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.

Michael Preston Griffin, Jr., 45, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant fo violation of felony probation (no bond).

Killian Michael McLean, 26, of Inverness, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000; grand theft of $10,000 or more, but less than $20,000; grand theft of $20,000 or more, but less than $100,000; and burglary of an unoccupied structure ($18,000 bond). He's accused of cutting a fence to make entry and taking three zero-turn mowers and a side-by-side utility vehicle from Ag-Pro of Crystal River, located at 1113 SE U.S. Hwy. 19 Crystal River. He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended or revoked), with his bond set at $1,405.

Rebecca Lynn Arndt, 36, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended or revoked), with her bond set at $1,405.

Michael Timothy Wayne Robling, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). He was also charged with violation of probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia), with his bond set at none.

Sean Joseph Clifford, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

John William Surber, 47, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at S. Suncoast Blvd. and W. Bradshaw St. in Homosassa, on a Citrus County warrant for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon ($5,000 bond).

Steven Mathew Buteau, 31, of Palm Bay, FL, was transported from the Brevard County Jail in Cocoa, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, on two Citrus County warrants for violation of felony probation (probation for two counts of providing false verification of ownership to a pawnbroker), with his bond set at none. 

Amanda Gail Cussins, 32, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested at the Department of Corrections Probation & Parole, located at  1630 Highway 41 North in Inverness, FL, on a Citrus County, FL, warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine), with her bond set at none.

Christina Marie Hartenfels, 23, of Hernando, FL, turned herself in at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, and was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license expired for longer than six monhs ($2,000 bond).

Jake Travis Muetzel, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at the Department of Corrections Probation & Parole, located at  1630 Highway 41 North in Inverness, FL, on a Pinellas County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of marijuana and driving under the influence), with his bond set at none.

James William Kelly, 47, of Hernando, FL, was charged with child abuse wihout causing great bodily harm (no bond).

Robert John Lopresti, Jr., 28, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lights and sirens activated ($6,000 bond). A deputy, who had previously issued a citation to Mr. Lopresit for driving with a suspended driver's license, attempted to conduct a traffic stop when he saw him driving a mini bike with no license plate or tail lights and a large knife on his right side. However, Lopresto did not stop and continued at 40 mph until he drove into a wooded area. He was later located at his residence, and the mini bike was located near his home in a wooded area.

Robert Jay Cotten, 32, of Hernando, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, and burglary of an occupied residence ($17,000 bond).

David Tyrone Clark, 21, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($5,500 bond).

Jessica Ann Willis, 34, of Palm Bay, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol after her release from Citrus Memorial Hosital as the result of a traffic crash she was involved in. She was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid license ($500 bond).

Justin James Ford, 39, of Beverly Hills, FLm was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less, possession of a controlled substanc, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,500 bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($2,000 bond).

Danan Dewayne Locke, 53, of Webster, FL, was charged with felony battery (committing battery with a previous conviction for battery). His bond was set at none.
