Tonya Renee Bell, 40, of Bushnell, FL, was arrested in Orange County, FL on a Citrus County, FL warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. On March 14, she paid her bond of $3,000 in Orange County.

Brandon James Simmons, 24, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Jackson Daniel Lee, III, 34, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($870 cash-only bond). 

John Dylan Gromling, 29, of Inverness, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and uttering and publishing a forged instrument with intent to defraud ($7,000 bond).

Marshall Ray Daugherty, 34, of Trenton, FL, was arrested on a Gilchrist County, FL warrant for driving while license suspended or revoked as an habiual traffic offender ($5,000 bond).

Jason Christopher Collins, 37, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Marvin Charleston Harshman, Jr., 21, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $1,000 or more, and grand theft of $100,000 or more ($12,000  bond). He's accused of attempting to drive a $400,000 front-end loader from the Holcim Quarry in Crystal River, FL, causing $20,000 in damage to a barrier. The loader was found, stuck in a retention pond, Feb. 23.

Joseph Glenn Schreiber, 35, of Beverly Hills, FL was charged with eight counts of petit theft of less than $100 ($4,000 bond).

Aida Isabel Mayol Gandia, 26, of Invernes, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond). She was also charged with possession of drug  paraphernalia (no bond).

Matthew Steve Williams, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond).

Erin James Aguirre, 47, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Barbara Jean Wise, 29, of Dunnellon, FL, turned herself in at the Citrus County Detention Facility and was arrested on a Citrus County warrant, as per a Florida Fish and Wilslife Conservation Commission capias, on charges of excavation of a state archeological site ($2,000 bond).

Ann Marie Sardoni, 56, of Burnsville, NC, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

William Joseph Daley, 61, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing (no bond).

Tabitha Rena Stevens, 50, of Hernando, FL, was charged with child abuse without causing great bodily harm, battery of a person age 65 or older; and hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation (no bond).

Stephen Russell Lombardo, 61, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750; and obtaining merchandise or money by use of a fraudulently obtained or false receipt ($2,000 bond). He was also charged with requesting a refund using a fraudulently obtained or false receipt.

Danny L. Urich, 71, of Floral City, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).

Tristan Lee Bozeman, 23, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Kenneth Antonio Rios-Melendez, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for knowingly transmitting information, harmful to a minor, to a minor in Florida ($10,000 bond). He was transported by U.S. Corrections from the Broward County Jail in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Destiny Shiann Elaine Coursen, 18, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for burglary with battery ($25,000 bond). She was transported by U.S. Corrections from the Miami Dade County Jail in Miami, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Timothy Daniel Jenkins, 23, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for burglary with battery ($25,000 bond). He was transported by U.S. Corrections from the Miami Dade County Jail in Miami, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL. He was also charged with violation of felony probation (probation for burglary with a weapon), with his bond set at none.

James Robert Brooks, 29, of Inverness, FL, was charged with resisting an officer with violance, child abuse without causing great bodily harm, domestic battery, and false imprisonment (no bond).

Benjamin Alexs Moore, Jr., 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with damage to the property of another person ($2,000 bond).

Edward James Bennis, 23, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Daniel Delbert Dewane Williams, 35

Eric Gregory Serabian, 33, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeeanor charge of operating a vehicle with a license expired for longer than six months ($2,000 bond). The arrest occurred during a vessel stop, due to excessive speed, on the waterway near Pete's Pier in Kings Bay on the Crystal River in Crystal River, FL.

Zackary Scott Wheeler, 42, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with felony petit theft (due to two or more previous theft convictions), with his bond set at $2,000. He's accused of exiting the Winn-Dixie supermarket, located in Crystal River, with two items valued at $25.98, without paying for the items.

Matthew Kyle Thweatt, 32, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Terri Lynn Klein, 51, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for resisting a law enforcement officer with violence, and battery of a law enforcement or other officer), with his bond set at none.

Corey Daniel Tillman, 43, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with damage to the property of another person ($1,000 bond). The arrest was the result of a traffic crash that occurred at N. Citrus Ave. and N. Turkey Oak Dr. in Crystal River, FL, in which Mr. Tillman crashed into the rear of another vehicle, which caused that vehicles to crash into the rear of the vehicle ahead, and that vehicle into rear of the vehicle ahead, with a total of four vehicles involved in the crash. The report stated that he exhibited signs of impairment and performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing.

Michael Timothy Robling, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750.

Brittany Evelyn Reeves, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on three Citrus County warrants for violation of felony probation (probation for dealing in stolen property, and giving false verification of ownership to a pawn broker), with her bond set at none. 

John Paul Bianco, 61, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowinly suspended or revoked, second offense; altering a license plate or decal, or a mobile home registration sticker, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).
