On Saturday, March 27, 9:00 am-1:00 pm, the Citrus County Sheriff's Office is holding its Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches Donation Day at its Main Operations Center, located at 1 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. in Inverness, Florida.
Representatives from the Sheriffs Ranches Thrift Store, located at 3802 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa (Winn-Dixie shopping plaza), and the Citrus County Sheriff's Office will accept donations from the public and load them up into a thrift store truck, then sell the items at the thrift store to benefit the youth programs of the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches
Items that can be donated include clothing, small kitchen appliances, home decor, and such. If you would like to donate a larger item, such as furniture or a large appliance, please contact the thrift store by phone at 352-503-9826, or via its phone application, which can be downloaded by texting ReSupplyApp to 313131, then enter your zip code to select the closest store to you and schedule your pickup.
