Joseph Henry Horse, 34, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Dustin Ray Mathis, 35, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at his residence on three Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court on charges that include: possession of a controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond), petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750  ($2,000 bond), and driving while license suspended ($2,000 bond).

Jessica Elaine Hodge Acosta, 41, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at E. Sunny Ln. and N. Carl G. Rose Hwy. in Hernando, on two Citrus County, FL warrants, one for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams (no bond), and the other for violation of felony probation (probation for driving while license suspended), with her bond set at $605.

Benjamin Ray Whitacre, 33

Kendra Lee Smith, 38, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).

Alexis Loraine Dosal, 22, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Jon Richard Baer, 20, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond).

Danny Boy Spurgeon, Jr., 41, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at the Department of Corrections Probation & Parole office, located at 1630 North U.S. Hwy. 41 in Inverness, on a State of Florida warrant for violation of parole for the original offense of simple battery, two counts (no bond).

Sandra Schaible-Davis, 47, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance ($6,000 bond)

Michael Francis Royer, 65, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with uttering forged checks ($2,000 bond). During Oct. 26-28, 2020, Mr. Royer is accused of depositing three forged U.S. Treasury checks in the amounts of $1,200, $1,900, and $4,900 (a total of $8,000) into his Trust Bank (formerly Sun Trust Bank) account, via a mobile banking application. The three checks were later returned to the bank as "altered and fictitious." Meanwhile, Royer is accused of withdrawing a total of $3,900 from his Trust Bank accounrt at several automated teller machines (ATMs) and the Walmart Supercenter (Inverness, FL). The bank closed Royer's account after sustaining a loss in the amount of $3,769.59. The report stated that Royer admitted withdrawing the money from his account, but denied that he'd deposited the checks. He told deputies that someone deposited the money into his account after he'd applied for a loan online. However, the report stated, Mr. Royer was unable to provide information as to where he'd applied for the loan.

Michael Leroy Waite, 60, of Floral City, FL, was charged with three counts of interception of electronic communication ($15,000 bond).

Molina Danelle Steffey, 49, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Jordan Daniel Snyder, 24, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, and attaching a registration to a license plate not assinged to it ($2,000 bond).

Jon Henry Poulin, 39, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with battery of a law enforcement officer ($5,000 bond) after deputies were dispatched to his location to conduct a wellbeing check. Poulin first told deputies, the report stated, if they saw the ashtray outside his door, to dump it on themselves, and he later told them that he had a gun and would shoot their faces. Eventually, he went outside and charged at one of the deputies in an aggressive manner and pushed him, the report stated, so another deputy deployed his taser (non-lethal electroshock weapon), striking Mr. Poulin's lower abdomen and right upper leg, and when he fell to the ground, deputies placed him into handcuffs. The report stated that Mr. Poulin resisted correctional officers at the Citrus County Detention Facility, and they sprayed him with OC spray (oleoresin capsicum or pepper spray).

Robert Allen Michaelson, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). The arrest occurred when an employee of the Circle K store, located at 817 South US 41 in Inverness, requested that two people be trespassed from the store who may have previously been trespassed from the store. Mr. Michaelson was searched, due to his suspicious behavior that was observed on the store's video surveillance, and he was found to be in possession of 1.8 grams of methamphetamine, a metal spoon, and a syringe.

Isaias Galarza-Nieves, 25, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, and battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical services provider, or public transit employee ($6,000 bond).

Jake Howard Laduke, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Daniel Kenneth Smith, 48, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on an Anne Arundel County, Maryland warrant for first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, grand theft, and malicious destruction of property (no bond). 

Douglas Eugene Garnett, 53, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and driving under the influence ($2,000 bond).

Kastle Ester Hall, 45, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Ryan Arthur White, 25, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a valid license ($2,000 bond).

Sharif Dennis Bonilla Gonzalez, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation ($1,000 bond), resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond), and domestic battery (no bond).

Ralph Dennis Stamps, 54, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, resisting an officer without violence, and tampering with evidence ($5,000 bond). The report stated that Mr. Stamps and another man were riding bicycles in the parking lot of the Dollar General store, located at 6958 S. Florida Ave. in Floral City, and the deputy asked him for permission to search his person, and Mr. Stamps granted him permission. The report stated that Mr. Stamps was found to be in possession of approximately 4 grams of methamphetamine, that he refused to place his arms behind him as ordered, and then attempted to run away from the arresting deputy.

Carly Shea Lancaster, 21, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Arthur Eugene Bolinger, Jr., 53, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with two counts of violation of an injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school, or place or employment, etc. (no bond).

Joseph Alia Tascarella, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with failure to appear in court on a felony charge.

Tiffany Loren Doersch, 33, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 1340 U.S. Hwy. 41 in Inverness (Hungry Howie's Pizza) on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of first degree petit theft (no bond).

Lillyanna Marie Marrero, 20, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of petit theft of less than $100 ($505 cash purge bond).

Darren Lane Sundquist, Jr., 39, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with property damage ($1,000 bond). The arrest report stated that Mr. Sundquist crashed his vehicle into a utility pole and road sign on W. Southern St. in Lecanto, and the deputy was suspicious that he may be under the influence of a controlled substance, due to his constricted pupils and bahavior. A urine sample was obtained for testing.

Ricky Eugene Davis, Jr., 45, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at the Citrus County Probation Office, located at 1630 North U.S. Hwy. 41 in Inverness, FL, on a Marion County, FL warrant for petit theft of less than $100 ($500 bond).

Jerome Edward Mains, 51, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at N. Winchester Ter. and E. Buffalo Ln. in Hernando, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).

Charlinda Nichole Harper, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; and removing, damaging, destroying, or tampering with an electronic monitoring device ($7,000 bond). She was also charged with failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Jesse William Hooper, 27, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled subtance without a prescription (no bond).

Deborah Nicole Roddenberry, 29, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge.

Larry Alan Ebel, Jr., 44, of Bushnell, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond).

Shonda Lea Sergent, 33, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with petit theft with a previous theft conviction.

Joseph Alia Tascarella, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).
