Domenic Shane Roberts, 21, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
James Mickel Mutch, 50, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at 3834 S. Suncoast Blvd. (Twistee Treat) in Homosassa, FL, on three Citrus County warrants, one for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended, and operating a motor vehicle with registration attached to the license plate not assigned to that vehicle (no bond), and two warrants for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended (no bond as per both warrants).
Sandra Schaible-Davis, 47, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 3834 S. Suncoast Blvd. (Twistee Treat) in Homosassa on a Citrus County warrant for possession of a cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of cannabis less tha 20 grams ($5,000 bond).
Lara Marie Havranek, 42, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).
Kaylan Rose Austin, 36, of Citrus County, FL, was arrested at a residence in the 5900 block of W. Woodside Dr. in Crystal River, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for possession of heroin ($2,000 bond).
Charles Patrick Rice, 32, of Bushnell, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer in pursuit with activated emergency lights and sirens (no bond).
Christen Ray Brock, 53, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for possession of methamphetamine, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $6,500.
Tracy Renee Higgins, 50, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).
Brittany Evelyn Reeves, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended, revoked or cancelled, second offense ($1,000 bond).
Roderick Dashaun Smith, 22, of Inverness, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop in Hernando, FL, due to the arresting deputy being aware that Smith's driver's license had been suspended. Mr. Smith was found to be in possession of a smoking pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine. He was charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual traffic offender, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Jason Leonard Hall, 43, of Tampa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence.
Nicole Marie Sutherland, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750.
Leo Joseph Scalia, Jr., 54, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with his bond set at none. He was transported from the Hernando County Jail in Brooksville, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Billy Ray Gillum, 54, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
Pamela Lynn Dellich, 49, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams.
Thomas Henry Finck, 74, of Inverness, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon.

Jessie Alan Hanshew, 29, of Hernando, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop in Hernando, charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction ($2,000 bond).
Levi Dale Naylor, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with burglary with battery, and criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000 ($26,000 bond). According to the accounts of the victim, two witnesses and Mr. Naylor, the victim was helping a person remove belongings from Naylor's residence, and when Naylor began shouting at the victim, the victim got into his vehicle and attempted to leave, and Naylor threw a flashlight at the vehicle, then broke the driver's side car window and struck the victim several times while he was attempting to drive away, which caused him to back into a tree. The deputy reported that the window was shattered, and the victim had cuts to his forearma and a thumb, and the victim was also limping, which he said was caused by being dragged by the vehicle.
Julie Robin Martin, 49, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Colleen Ann Franzen, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Corey Hogsett, 37, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence on a federal warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for counterfeiting). His bond was set at none.
Drake Eugene Wolfe, 29, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, and petit theft with a previous theft conviction ($6,000 bond).
Eric Sarmiento, 25, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for possession of drug paraphernalia). His bond was set at none.
Christopher John O'Hara, 35, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).
