Michael Adrian Fox, 48, of Ellijay, GA, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond) when he was found to be in possession of fentanyl during a traffic stop conducted in Inverness, FL due to a stop sign violation.

Ruben Santiago, Jr., 50, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by contacting the petitionner, directly or indirectly, by phone or another mode of communication (no bond).

Jessica Rachelle Swain, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Amber Rose Rebaudo, 27, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at the intersection of Roosevelt Blvd. and N. Lecanto Hwy. in Beverly Hills, charged with violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for possession of drug paraphernalia), with her bond set at none.

Robert Victor Vignaud, 67, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 4891 S. Suncoast Blvd. (Three Rivers Motel) in Homosassa on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of harvesting red drum (redfish) over the bag limit ($2,000 bond).

Douglas Edward Nequist, 52, of Hernando, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).

Harold Rhodes, 67, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with retail petit thet of more than $100, but less than $750.

Tina Jane Maddox, 64, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for issuing a worthless check). Her bond was set at $555.

Kristine Lynn Hess, 37, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL warrants, one for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of grand theft (no bond), and the other for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft, second offense (no bond). She was transported from the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Cynthia Sue Hadley, 58, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Sarasota County, FL warrant for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($1,000 bond)

Alex Ryan Struble, 22, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for felony battery (committing battery with a prior conviction for battery), and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

Randy L. Cayton, 53, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at none.

Tyler Benjamin Danner, 20, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for carrying a concealed firearm). His bond was set at none. He was transported from the Hernando County Jail in Brooksville, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Rebecca Diane Weaver, 32, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft ($2,000 bond).

Joanne M. Gonter, 55, of Hernando, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).

Stephen Paul Conley, 47, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted in Beverly Hills, FL for a stop sign violation, charged with 5 counts of possession of a controlled substance (2.5 grams methamphetamine, 0.6 gram fentanyl, 12 oxycodone pills, 1 morphine pill, and 1 clonazepam pill) and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond). Conley is a former Detective Sergeant with the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office, Criminal Investigations Division who worked with the agancy from May 2000 through August 2020, according to his Linked-In page.

Laurie Catherine Shuff, 50, of Jacksonville, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, diving while license suspended or revoked, driving under the influence, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($4,500 bond).

Travis James Damron, 28, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted in Crystal River on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).

Douglas Edward Dickerson, II, 42, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence by communicating with the petitioner (no bond).

Casey Ann Webber, 30, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges ($4,000 bond).

Matthew Thomas Hotaling, 33, of Hernando, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).

Andrew Harold Howard, 35, of Hernando, FL, was arrested while he was walking in the 4300 block of E. Shorewood Dr. in Hernando, when a Citrus County Sheriff's Office deputy, aware of a Citrus County, FL warrant for his arrest, recognized him. The report stated that Mr. Howard ran from the deputy, and was arrested on the warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond), and additionally charged with resisting an officer without violence ($3,000 bond).

Veronica Marie Sorenson, 36, of Floral City, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

William Estill Skaggs, 52, of Floral City, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence.

Clayton Wayne Ervin, 20, of Inverness, FL, was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, and resisting an officer without violence ($2,500 bond).

Kenneth Oddess Matthews, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with property damage to another person, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, driving under the influence, second offense; possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction; and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit while speeding and disregarding safety ($37,000 bond).

Amber Cox, 37, of Inglis, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted in Lecanto, FL at County Rd. 486 (W. Norvell Bryant Hwy.) and State Rd. 44 (W. Gulf to Lake Hwy.) due to a vehicle failing to maintain a single lane. Ms. Cox, a passenger inside the vehicle, was found to have a Lake County, FL warrant for violation of probation and was taken into custody (bond amount not stated). Ms. Cox was found to be in possession of a clear plastic baggie that contained methamphetamine and weighed 0.85 gram, and an injection needle that tested positive for methamphetamine. She was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Richard Joseph Sieber, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

William Carl Butler, 50, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Rhonda Lynn Bentz, 55, of Hernando, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750.

Mark Charles Weatherly, 20, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted in Homosassa after a deputy learned, via a license tag check, that the registered driver's (Weatherly's) license was not valid. He was charged with carrying a concealed weapon (a billy club) and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).

Kenneth Lawrence Edwards, II, 78, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with assault of a law enforcement officer or other public service provider, battery of a law enforcement officer or other public service provider, resisting an officer without violence, and neglect of an elderly or disabled person without great bodily harm ($8,000 bond).

Marissa Leeann Alemany, 27, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted in Inverness due to a stop sign violation. Ms. Alemany, a back seat passenger, was found to be in possession of 1.0 gram of methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe with methamphetamine residue. She charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Samantha Mae Derouin, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Heather Leigh Ruggiero, 37, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($200 bond).
