Fraternal Order of Eagles donates $750 to Meals on Wheels program

Citrus County Senior Programs received a generous donation recently from the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Citrus Aerie 3992 in Inverness, Florida, to go toward the Meals on Wheels program that provides meals to Citrus County’s homebound seniors

Volunteer Cyndy Joachim, who presented the check on behalf of the Eagles, has been delivering Meals on Wheels to homebound seniors in Citrus County for several years. She currently delivers meals from the Hernando Area Senior Program, located within the Historic Hernando School (also known as Lakeview School), located at 2435 N.
