Citrus County, Florida
Due to an increase in the rise of code compliance cases involving vacant properties, Citrus County’s Division of Code Compliance reminds citizens that Section 3102 of the Land Development Code (LDC) does not allow for storage on a vacant piece of property. Accessory uses or structures may not be placed on residentially zoned property prior to the establishment of a primary structure.
The entire LDC can be viewed on the Citrus County website: www.citrusbocc.com.
