FHP seeking information regarding Nov. 13, 2021 motorcycle crash/shooting death

Motorcyclist died on the Florida Turnpike in Okeechobee County after attending a bike event in Central Florida.

Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) 

On Saturday, November 13, 2021, at approximately 11:53 pm, Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) troopers responded to a motorcycle crash on the Florida Turnpike in Okeechobee County. The motorcycle rider, Alexander “Ozzy” Osborne was pronounced deceased on scene. Further investigation revealed that Osborne had also been shot.
 
Investigators learned that Mr. Osborne was traveling south after attending a bike event in the Central Florida area. 

Due to the rural location of the incident and lack of eyewitnesses to the shooting, the FHP is seeking the public’s help. The agency is requesting that anyone with information regarding this incident to please contact FHP Invenstigator Tineo at (561) 357-4171.
