Conrolled burn, US 41 at SE 62nd Pl. in Morriston, FL, may cause low visability for drivers
On Saturday morning, March 19, the Florida Highway Patrol issued a motorist advisory, that the Florida Forest Service was conducting a 40-acre burn in the area of U.S. 41 and SE 62nd Place in Levy County, Florida, near Morriston. Smoke from the fire may contribute to low visibility in that area. Motorists who encounter smoke are cautioned to decrease their speed and use their low beam headlights.
