Man dies in single vehicle crash on Turner Camp Rd. in Inverness
Inverness, Florida - A 58 year-old man from Inverness, Florida suffered fatal injuries at he scene of a single vehicle traffic crash that occurred on Tuesday evening, February 15, 2022 at 7:12 pm. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the man was driving a pickup truck, traveling north on Turner Camp Road, near Sherri Lane, when for unknown reasons, the driver failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The vehicle departed from the roadway, entered the west grass shoulder, and collided with several trees, according to a press release, which also stated that the man was wearing a seatbelt.
