Sumter County, Florida - A 62-year-old Bushnell, Florida man was killed by a train, around 10:52 pm, Thursday, October 21, when his vehicle became disabled on the railroad tracks that run parallel to U. S, Highway 301, south of East Noble Avenue in Bushnell, Florida. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver exited his 2009 Ford Explorer and attempted to remove it from the railway, as a southbound CSX train collided with the vehicle and driver, who suffered fatal injuries at the crash scene.
