John Preston Howard, 57, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Sumter County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for driving with no valid license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle) with his bond set at none.
Monique Elizabeth Quattromani, 45, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court for a jury trial on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing or resisting an officer without violence (no bond).
David Wayne Miller, 46, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with petit theft of less than $100, and burglary of an unoccupied conveyance ($3,000 bond).
William Andre Dale Mellott, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge.
John Edward Rhodes, 73, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Marion County, FL warrant for battery ($1,000 bond).
Laura Ann Kellogg, 34, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).
Destiny Nichole Beasley, 34, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted in the parking lot of the Lecanto, FL Walmart store, due to traveling 58 mph in a 50 mph speed zone on N. Lecanto Hwy. (CR 491), she was found to be in possession of an injection needle with heroin residue, according to the report.
Michael Anthony Vryhof, 32, of Ocala, FL, was charged with two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted in Hernando, FL due to a red Chevrolet pickup truck pulling a trailer that had no working tail lights, he was found to be in possession of 30 grams of marijuana, 3 grams of marijuana wax, and a white plastic container that housed the marijuana wax.
Matthew Joseph Clarkson, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana less than 20 grams and driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense ($6,000 bond).
Catherine Marie Hunter, 49, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond). The report stated that deputies arrived at a residence due to a complaint that Ms. Hunter had cut her hand. The report stated that Hunter said she didn't know how she cut her hand and refused to seek further medical care, as advised by medics who had been dispatched to the home. When the second person (the victim) on scene gathered his belonging to leave the residence, the report stated, it appeared to a deputy that Ms. Hunter struck the victim's face and scratched his neck, and the victim had marks to his face and neck that were not there when the deputy first spoke with the victim, according to the report.

Jamey Harold Waters, 47, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for a violation of condition of pretrial release for battery, and battery), with his bond set at none.
George Wayne Grimes, Jr., 21, of Inverness, FL, was charged, during a traffic stop in Hernando, FL, with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; and operating an unregistered motor vehicle ($1,000 bond).
Victor Ryan Vandecarr, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with boating under the influence, first offense ($500 bond). The arrest was made when a deputy on patrol in the Rock Zone, a slow speed zone of the Crystal River, noticed that a pontoon boat was traveling with its dive flag raised, which is a violation. The report stated that Mr. Vandecarr also had an illegal catch (a 12-inch red fish) and no sound-producing device on the vessel, that he exhibited signs of alcohol consumption, there were several empty beer cans and wine cooler bottles inside the boat, and he refused to submit to sobriety testing.
Ryan Robert Lutz, 46, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with violation of his felony Pasco County, FL probation (probation for fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer) with his bond set at none.
Keith Louis Marko, 36, of Brooksville, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond) and domestic battery (no bond).

Destiny Michelle Lefke, 24, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond). The report stated that Ms. Lefke was found in the driver's seat of a brown Honda four-door vehicle, parked at the Circke K gas station, located at 6775 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, that had been reported stolen the same day. The report stated Ms. Lefke appeared to be under the influence of narcotics, that she was unable to focus on the conversation, and her statements did not make sense.
Allen Buck Moon, Jr., 40, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted in Inverness due to a vehicle having a license plate that had expired on March 22, 2020. Mr. Moon, the driver and sole ocupant of the vehicle, was found to be in possession of 4 grams of methamphetamine and a smoking pipe that contained cannabis residue. The report stated that Mr. Moon was also in possession of 7 grams of cannabis, which was confiscated for destruction, but he was not charged with this offense.
Richard Powell Amick, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).
Jacob Ryan Hall, 27, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested in Hernando, FL on a Marion County, FL warrant for battery of a person 65 years of age or older (no bond).
Michael Anthony Howell, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Jeramee Ryan Coder, 35, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,500 bond). During a traffic stop in Hernando, FL, Mr. Coder, the driver, was found to be in possession of 0.44 gram of methamphetamine and needles that tested positive for methamphetamine, according to the report. He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for obtaining a fraudulent refund) with his bond set at none.
Three people were arrested as the result of an incident that occurred in Inverness, FL. According to the arrest reports, John Thomas Wilkes, 52, of Inverness, FL was staying at the residence of Jeremy James Hanshew, 30, of Hernando, FL, who got into an argument with his girlfriend, during which Mr. Wilkes left the residence, riding his bicycle. Mr. Hanshew allegedly went after Mr. Wilkes, struck his left arm with a stick and took the bicycle. Meanwhile, at the residence where deputies arrived to investigate the incident, Jessica Rose Halverson, 47, of Inverness, FL, was standing beside a Budget rental truck that she said contained collectible comic wooden figuerines and statues that had been reported stolen from an Inverness residence on July 11. Ms. Halverson directed deputies to two of her rental storage units, located at Times Square at 1126 S. Prospect Ter., in Inverness, where several other of the stolen figuerines were located. Mr. Wilkes and Mr. Hanshew were each charged with armed robbery ($20,000 bond each), and Ms. Halverson was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $7,500; and burglary of an unoccupied residence ($7,000 bond).
Loraine Taffanelli, 37, of Tampa, FL, was arrested, during a traffic stop in Homosassa, FL, due to a vehicle having a tag assigned to another vehicle, on a Hillsborough County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for credit card fraud) with her bond set at none.
Dana William Jowers, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).
Kyle Hunter Fredrikson, 34, of Inverness, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond).
Craig Edward Smith, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County writ of bdily attachment for failure to pay child support ($678 cash purge bond).
Thomas William Key, 48, of Ocala, FL, was charged, during a traffic stop in Hernando, FL, due to a stop sign violation, with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Christopher Phillip McMullen, 30, of Belleview, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, carrying a concealed firearm, and possession of a controlled substance ($9,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted in Hernando, FL due to a stop sign violation, Mr. McMullen, who has been convicted of several felonies, according to the report, was found to be in possession of 2.21 grams of methamphetamine and a Ruger 0.9-caliber semiautomaic pistol that was loaded with eight 0.9-caliber bullets, found below the vehicle's radio.

Ricky Adam Parsons, 37, of Spring Hill, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). During the investigation of a complaint of a suspicious vehicle, a blue and white Ford pickup truck in the 900 block of W. Beakrush Ln. in Beverly Hills, FL, Mr. Parsons, a passenger inside the vehicle, was found to be in possession of 2.53 grams of methamphetamine, along with two smoking pipes and a weight scale that tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine.
Maryellen Piper Toledo, 35, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted at S. Suncoast Blvd. and W. Village Dr.in Homosassa, FL, due to a stop sign violation. Ms. Toledo, a passenger inside the vehicle, is accused of hiding, under her seat, 1.6 grams of methamphetamine and a smoking pipe with methamphetamine residue..
Matthew Ryan Costello, 33, of New Port Richey, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Pasco County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($513 bond).
Joshua James Lee Brosey, 35, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the intersection of Davidson Ave. and Zephyr St. in Inverness, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of fentanyl) with his bond set at none.

Eli Udell Jenkins, 29, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($2,500 bond). The report stated that a deputy on patrol in Inverness, driving behind Mr. Jernkins' vehicle, conducted a traffic stop due to being aware, from previous encounters, that his drivers license is suspended. During the traffic stop, Mr. Jenkins was found to be in possession of 0.5 gram of marijuana wax, the report stated.

Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, and found that she was in possession of a glass smoking pipe that tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine, according to her arrest report.

Anthony Michael Guiliani, 43, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond) during a traffic stop in Inverness, FL, due to a vehicle traveling 43 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. During the traffic stop, the report stated, Mr. Guiliani was found to be in possession of three glass smoking pipes that contained methamphetamine residue.

The report stated that Mr. Barlow was sitting on a bench outside Pinecone's Ice Cream Parlor, located at 106 N. Pine Ave. in Inverness, and when it began to rain, he moved to a cement curb in front of the entrance to the business. A deputy reported that he asked Mr. Balow to leave, and offered him a ride, but Barlow refused, stating he had no place to go. The report stated that Mr. Barlow is homeless.
