CFEC Offering Grants for Adults returning to College

The Central Florida Electric Cooperative Educational Charity Board is excited to announce that they will now be offering Adult Grants for those desiring to return to college to obtain their GED, Real Estate License, enhance their computer skills, and/or receive other accreditations or certificates, including those from trade schools. These grants will be given in addition to the numerous scholarships that the CFEC Charity Board provides each year to local high school graduates. The Board has set aside $40,000 for these Adult Education Grants to be used by cooperative members or those living in their household. Applications must be submitted on or before November 1 st , 2020. Awards will be made by November 20 th , 2020 in preparation for spring sessions, classes, etc. For more detailed information on eligibility, requirements, and the Adult Grant Application, visit www.cfec.com.
