Exercise STARTING: Oct 7th - Wed and Oct 9 - Fri Every Wed/Fri thereafter!
Cardio 8:30 am....1/2 hour variety class each session is different. Can consist of Hi/low aerobic dance, Step, Cardio drumming, a circuit using outdoor equipment.
Pilates 9 am...Pilates focuses on core strength, strengthening small opposing muscle groups, working on balance, relaxation, and inner body health.
10am.....Sit & Fit
This class is geared towards Seniors, folks who have had a stroke, heart disease, and a good starting point for inactive pregnant women. This 1 hour class focuses on chair and standing exercises, balance and coordination, ending with relaxation techniques.
Participants should bring a mat, water, workout shoes, and a towel. (Mat not needed for Sit and Fit)
There is no cost however donations are welcome!
A a portion of the donations is going to go back to support our community. Animal control, Yankeetown-Inglis Garden and Community Center to start. This event takes place at the Inglis community center.
