The next blood drive for Our Lady of Grace, Knight of Columbus Council 6168 will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021, 8:00 am-1:00 pm, in Lecanto, Florida - at the Knights of Columbus Council Hall, located at 2389 W. Norvell Bryant Hwy. (CR 486), at the intersection of W. Pinecone Ave.

Join us on August 21 and receive a mini-physical, a continental breakfast, and a thank you gift for your participation! If you have questions, please call Life South at 352-527-3061.

With the departure of the winter residents, the participation of everyone possible is needed to make this drive comparable to our recent blood drive, held on June 19. Historically, according to Life South, the blood supply drops to emergency levels during the summer months.

During the June 19, 2021 blood drive, 24 units of blood and 2 units of platelets with antibodies were collected from 28 donors at the Council Hall, which included a couple of donation at a Life South Facility! Les and Joan Magyar, with the sponsorship of Craven Realty, prepared a delicious hot breakfast which was enjoyed and greatly appreciated!
