Volunteer Opportunities at Herry’s Thrift & Gift Shoppe in Lecanto
LECANTO, Fla. – Volunteer opportunities are now available at Herry’s Thrift & Gift
Shoppe, 1581 W. Gulf to Lake Highway in Lecanto. There you can choose your days,
your hours and your activities in an atmosphere of camaraderie, fun and fulfillment.
Contributing their energy, skills and talents, thrift shoppe volunteers inspect
donated merchandise, sort clothing, price items, check appliances and electronics,
stage merchandise and set up displays, restock shelves and racks, assist customers in
finding what they need and serve as cashiers.
Proceeds from the thrift shoppes help fund the community grief support programs
provided by Friends of Citrus and the Nature Coast. If you would like to learn more
