Javonte Irvin Baxter-Jackson, 21, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 5, charged with probation violation (no bond).
George Charles Benjamin, 48, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 1, charaged with driving under the influence. His bond was set at credit for time served.
Alan Bivens, 38, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 5, charged with failure to appear in court ($5,000 bond).
David Plutarco Borbonio, 21, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Feb. 2, charged with carrying a concealed firearm. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
David Allen Butler, 39, of Alachua, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 4, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer by a disguised person, possession of a controled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($110,000 bond).
David Carr, 59 of Trenton, FL, was arrested by Officer L. Strecker with an unspecified agency, Jan. 8, and booked into the Levy County Detantion Bureau, Feb. 4, on three counts of probation violation ($7,500 bond).
Kash Allen Carver, 49, of Bronson, FL, was arrested, by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 1, during a traffic stop in Bronson, charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer, two counts of driving while license suspended as an habitual offender, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($100,000 bond).
Stella June Chadwell, 41, of Holiday, FL, was arrested by Officer Cloutier of an unspecified agency, Jan. 23, and booked into the Levy County Detenion Bureau, Feb. 4, charged with failure to appear in court. Her bond was set at credit for time served.
Mitchell Cooper, 43, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 1, charged with driving while license suspended, third or subsequent offense ($20,000 bond).
Brandy Nicole Davis, 32, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Feb. 5, charged with larceny of $20,000 or more, but less than $100,000; and organized dealing in stolen property ($50,000 bond).
Vincent Joseph Farruggio, 78, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Feb. 1, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Justin Francway, 40, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Feb. 7, charged with three counts of petit theft from a merchant, subsequent offense (no bond).
*** Joshua Dwayne Franklin, 36, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 31, charged with battery ($10,000 bond). The arrest was the result of an incident that occurred at 7:52 pm, at the Withlacoochee Motel, located at 66 Hwy. 19 South in Inglis. According to the victim and two witnesses, Mr. Franklin was angry with the victim for placing a pair of flexible handcuffs on Mr. Franklin's girlfriend, at her request, so he knocked the victim to the ground then placed himself on the victim's back and struck him numerous times to the back of his head with his fists. The report stated that the victim had physical signs of injury to the back of his neck, and his hands were bleeding.
Edward Lee Garcia, 29, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 1, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($25,000 bond).
*** Tawnie Lee Mercer Henderson, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 5, during a traffic stop conducted on Hwy. 27, at NE 99th Ct., in Bonson, FL, due to the vehicle's tag registration being expired as of August 2020. Ms. Henderson was found to be in possession of an unspecified leafy substance, and her Florida Medical Marijuana card had expired on Oct. 30, 2019, the report stated. She was also found to be in possession of a smoking pipe that contained 0.20 gram of methamphetamine, a vape catrtridge that contained what appeared to be THC extract, 2 shortened straws, 0.40 gram of Fentanyl, and 4 vials that contained a total of 2 grams of a cocaine/methamphetamine mixture that is used in a drug practice known as "speedballing," the report stated. Ms. Henderson was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($70,000 bond).
Walter Hodosky, 60, of Holiday, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 7, charged with battery (no bond).
Georgine Daniele Ianuale, 56, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Feb. 1, charged with battery. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
James Jerell Jackson, 27, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Marion County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 28, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Feb. 2, charged with sexual assault with a weapon or forced sexual battery of a victim age 12 or younger ($100,000 bond).
Robert Klein, 34, of Aripeka, FL, was arrested by Officer Cook with an unspecified agency, Feb. 1, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Feb. 4, charged with probation violation (no bond).
David Nathaniel Martin, 55, of Zolfo, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 1, charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and refusing to submit to DUI testing after a driver's license suspension ($15,000 bond).
Patrick McLaughlin, 54, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 1, during a traffic stop conducted in Bronson in which he was a passenger. He was charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of greater than 14 grams of methamphetamine ($125,000 bond).
Nicole McPherson, 39, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 1, during a traffic stop conducted in Bronson in which she was the driver. She was charged with two counts of possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, failure to appear in court, and possession of drug equipment ($82,000 bond). She was also charged with carrying a concealed firearm, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.
Bryan Duane Miles, 37, of Branford, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 4, charged with driving while licene suspended, second offense; and two counts of failure to appear in court ($4,500 bond).
Shaun Olsen, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 4, charged with battery ($500 bond).
Dana Parker, 30 of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 6, charged with two counts of probation violation. His bond was set at none.
James Raley, 20, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 2, charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and two counts of possession of drug equipment ($27,000 bond).

Amber Dawn, Russell, 34, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 1, during a traffic stop conducted in Bronson, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($15,000 bond).
Jorge Sanchez, 63, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 1, charged with battery ($2,500 bond).
*** Ashley Lavada Thomas, 28, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, shortly after 2:10 am, Feb. 7, during a traffic stop conducted on US 19 at NW 147th Place in Chiefland, FL, due to her vehicle traveling north in the southbound lanes of US 19. The driver of the vehicle was Ms. Thomas, who told the deputy she was headed home to Crystal River (which is south of Chiefland) and exhibited signs of impairment; she told the deputy that her phone's GPS had confused her. The report stated that Ms. Thomas performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, but refused to submit to breath alcohol testing. The deputy located a Glock 42 handgun, in the vehicle's center console, and a vape pen, in Ms. Thomas' purse, that contained a liquid that tested positive for DAB concentrate oil (a cannabis concentrate). She was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($3,500 bond).
Daniel Joseph Vega, 43, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Willison Police Department, Feb. 5, charged with larceny of $20,000 or more, but less than $100,000; and dealing in stolen property ($50,000 bond).
