Christopher Allen Blackwelder, 36, of Micanopy, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 24, charged with driving under the influence. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Jaffrey Lenard Brown, 35, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 21, on an out of county warrant. His bond was set at none.
Natisha Brown, 21, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Jan. 21, charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond).
Cynthia Louise Burnett, 54, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Robert James Carter, 28, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).
Christine Cochran, 39, of Lamont, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Angela Marie Douglas, 31, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 24, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court ($2,500 total bond).
Salomon Escobedo, 46, of an unstated residence location, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 22, charged with three counts of failure to appear in court ($125,000 total bond).
*** Mark Dean Estill, 56, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 24, charged with battery. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance. According to the arrest report, a deputy was dispatched to a SE 203rd. Place, Inglis residence due to the report of a disturbance and arrived to find Mr. Estill and a woman in the yard yelling at one another. The report stated that the two had been drinking at the Buoy Bar, located at Emerald Cove RV Park, 10930 SE 201st St. in Inglis, and got into an argument when Estill saw the woman talking with another man. When the duo returned to their residence, the argument allegedly became physical. The woman claimed that Estill pushed her twice and then punched her on her chin, which caused a small abrasion, according to the report. However, Mr. Estill told a deputy that he'd not hit the woman, that she'd thrown items at him, wanting him to leave, and he'd pushed her onto the bed to stop her from throwing items, and she'd kicked him in the rib area. The report stated that the deputy saw no evidence that items had been thrown.
*** Phillip Griffith, 49, of Inglis, FL, was admitted as an inmate at the Levy County Detention bureau, Jan. 20, to serve his sentence after accepting a plea deal on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. His bond was set at credit for time served.
Jessica Faye Grimes, 34, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, charged with battery. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Michelle Guthrie, 27, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Jan. 20, charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Samantha Leanne Hall, 26, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Jan. 19, charged with driving under the influence. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
*** Adam Hillis, 27, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (lcso), Jan. 22, charged with sexual assualt of a 12 to 18 year-old victim by a custodian, and lewd and lascivious behavior toward a 12 to 16 year-old victim ($500,000 bond). LCSO detectives worked with the Child Protection Team of the Department of Children and Family Services during this case, as well as the victim's account of what happened and text messages exchanged between the victim and Mr. Hillis. The arrest report stated that there were two incidents that occurred on Sept. 4 and 5, 2020, and Hillis also has a warrant for his arrest from Vancouver (Clark County), Washington for molesting a 7 year-old child, but the warrant will only extradite Mr. Hillis from states surrounding Wasgington State.
Kevin Holcomb, 38, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Jan. 20, charged with armed burglary, grand theft of a firearm, petit theft of $100 or less, and dealing in stolen property ($402,500 bond).
William Alan Lancaster, 36, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 22, charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence ($50,000 bond).
Justin Lee Lawson, 31, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 22, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).
*** Renee Mangini, 52, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, charged with failing to register as a sexual offenderr as required by Florida law ($50,000 bond). The report stated that on July 3, 2013, Ms. Mangini was convicted in Citrus County, FL of lewd and lascivious battery of a 12 to 16 year-old victim, and on Oct. 23, 2020, she registered as a transient, which required her to report her location to the local sheriff's office every 30 days, in addition to the required bi-annual reporting dates, but she failed to report by Nov. 22, 2020, as required.
Jeffrey Thomas Mannino, 59, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 21, on two out of county warrants (no bond).
John McKinney, 29, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 24, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Amber Faith Peterson, 31, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 22, on two out of county warrants. Her cash-only bonds were set at $1,178 and $323.
Carlos Ramirez, 58, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Jan. 18, charged with battery. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
John Patrick Reeve, 37, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($116,000 combined bond). He was also charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
Jeremiah Anthony Tisdale, 38, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 23, charged with battery. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Edwin Torres, 50, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Jan. 22, charged with violation of a condition of pretrial release for domestic violence ($10,000 bond).
Raymond White, Jr., 90, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Jan. 18, charged with failing to stop at a crash ("hit and run") than involved serious bodily injury. His bond was set at $15,000.
