UPDATED:  Christopher Allen, 49, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 18, 2025, charged with loitering or prowling ($5,000 bond).
        The arrest report stated that a woman at an Inglis, Florida  property complained that she'd seen Allen approximately ten times on her property during the past day, and he'd been ordered to leave, several times, because she suspects that he may have stolen items from her property, 
        Around 10:30 a.m., LCSO deputies arrived at the Inglis location and began searching the general area for Allen. While the deputies were searching for Allen, the woman called dispatch with information that Allen was attempting to hide in tall grass on her property.
        When deputies returned to the woman's property, they found Allen in a neighboring yard, attempting to hide in brush behind a palm tree. A deputy reported that Allen appeared to be under the influence of a substance, possibly a narcotic, and explained to deputies that he was attempting to visit a relative at the location. He said that he had only been to the property once during the timeframe mentioned by the woman, and the woman had not asked him to leave the property.
        The report stated that three witnesses, who all live on the property, told the reporting deputy, that between them, Allen had been seen on the property more than ten times during the past day, and each time, one of them had seen him on the property, they'd asked him to leave.


UPDATED:  Kevin Lee Berryhill, 32, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 20, 2025, charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle ($2,500 bond).
        The arrest report stated that an airboat was reported stolen from a Morriston, FL residence on July 18, 2025. The theft was entered into the FCIC/NCIC law enforcement database, and the victim's loss was estimated at $1,000. 
        The victim listed Berryhill as a suspect in the theft. The victim told deputies that Berryhill had done work on his vehicle, and he'd been unable to pay him. He also said that several people had told him that Berryhill had bragged to them about stealing the boat because he (the victim) owed him money.
        Deputies were given permission to search the 35-acre parcel where Berryhill lives. On the property, deputies located the stolen airboat, partially covered with a tarp.



Jeann Carlos Bosa, 24, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 15, 2025, charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).


Jennifer Bramblett, 51, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 14, 2025, charged with contempt of court by violating a condition of pretrial release related to dating violence ($500 bond).


Birtett Brown, 63, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, July 16, 2025, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court ($200 bond).


UPDATED:  Christopher Lee Brown, 46, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 16, 2025, charged with trespassing in a structure or conveyance, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($3,500 bond).
        The report stated that a complaint was made at 9:30 a.m., that bron had trespassed on a Linda Street property in Inglis, Florida, although he'd been trespassed from the location and issued a trespass warning on July 10, 2025, around 11:00 a.m. Upon his arrest for trespassing, Brown was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.


Richard Caleb Walter Cabral, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, July 15, 2025, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment, with each bond set at release on his own recognizance.


Michael Frank Cento, 48, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, July 19, 2025, charged with criminal mischief with property damages of more than $200 but less than $1,000 (no bond).


UPDATED:  Dakota Jordan Crews, 28, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), July 17, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense; commission of a third degree felony while in possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon by a convicted Florida felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($345,000 bond).
        According to the LCSO, a deputy - who was aware that Crews had no valid Florida driver's license, observed Crews driving a vehicle, and when the deputy activated his emergency light to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, he observed the driver (Crews) swap seats with his passenger. Crews later admitted to the deputy that he'd swapped seats with his passenger.
        The deputy was informed that methamphetamine and marijuana were inside the vehicle. A Chiefland Police Department K-9 unit assisted in the search of the vehicle. The K-9 (canine) alerted his handler to the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle.
        During the search of the vehicle, officials located 2.9 grams of marijuana and 6.9 grams of methamphetamine, along with a loaded 9 millimeter pistol that was found in the driver’s side door compartment. Crews, who is a convicted felon, admitted to ownership of the firearm. He also told law enforcement that the gun had been in the glove box, but during the traffic stop, he'd placed it in the door panel compartment.


Dylan Wade Crews, 30, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 19, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense; committing a third degree felony while in possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment $230,000 bond).


Holly Dewees, 43, of Trenton, FL, was arrested, July 15, 2025, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, July 20, 2025, charged with second degree petit theft, a repeat offense ($2,000 bond).


Michael Douglas, 64, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 17, 2025, charged with two counts of driving while license suspended ($10,000 bond).


Joceline Gabriela Escalante-Sanchez, 18, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 19, 2025, charged with battery (no bond).


UPDATED: Jerson Duvan Garcia,18, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), July 18, 2025, charged with two counts of sexual assault of a victim between the ages of 12 und 18 without physical force (no bond).
        According to the LCSO, deputies responded to an unspecified address in Levy County in regard to a reported sexual battery. Deputies conducted interniews, assisted by LCSO Victim Advocates, and an investigation. Garcia was identified as the perpetrator, or suspect. Garcia was then interviewed and placed under arrest.
        "This appears to be a singular incident, and detectives found no evidence additional victims may be identified," said LCSO Lieutenant Scott Tummond. "The offender and the victim were acquainted prior to this crime occurring. We understand this arrest notification is vague, but Marsy’s Law prohibits law enforcement from disclosing information that could be used to identify the victim."


Gregory Scott Hopkins, 57, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, July 16, 2025, charged with failure to appear in court ($10,000 bond).


Joshua Kennedy, 51, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, July 18, 2025, on an out of county warrant ($10,000 bond).

Charles Shannon Mansfield, 55, of Defuniak Springs, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, July 15, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense; and possession of drug equipment ($5,000 bond).

Tia Maria Wein, 24, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 19, 2025, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($10,000 bond).


Patricia Ann Wilkerson, 48, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, July 18, 2025, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and destroying, tampering with, or fabricating physical evidence ($15,000 bond).


UPDATED:  Joshuah Morgan Willis, 48, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 16, 2025, charged with trespassing in a structure or conveyance ($2,500 bond).
        The arrest report stated, that although Willis had been trespassed from a residence located on Linda Street in Inglis on July 10, 2025, about 11:00 a.m., he returned to the location around 9:30 a.m. on July 19, 2025 and was placed under arrest by the LCSO.


UPDATED:  Tyler Aaron Wood, 27, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), July 15, 2025, charged with battery ($1,000 bond).
        The arrest report stated, that on July 14, 2025, about 10:00 a.m., Wood and the victim, got into a physical altercation. The victim told a deputy, that he was riding his bicycle down E. Cason Blvd. in Inglis, when Wood, who was driving a truck, cut him off (pulled in front of him), then got out of the truck and stated to him, "You think you can run my dog over and get away with it?" He said that Wood  punched him on his head, causing two lacerations, then drove away.
        About 7:30 a.m. on July 15, the deputy went to Wood's house to speak with him about the incident and Wood told him that, the previous day, when he was driving to work, he had to drive around the victim, and he confronted the victim about it, stating, "What the f---k is the problem? Why do I have to go around you on this bike? He said that the victim replied with, "I ain't got no f-----g problem," and then spat on him. Wood told the deputy, that as soon as the victim spat at him, he "swung" at the victim, hitting him. He said the victim was being disrespectful of him. He said that he then got into his truck and dove to work.
