Elijah T. Butsch, 46, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 4, 2025, charged with probation violation (no bond).


Joshua Lee Elam, 45, of Williston, FL,was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 1, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond). 


Elizabeth Encarnacion, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 2, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond). 


Chad Hammock, 47, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, May 2, 2025, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, May 3, 2025, charged with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 ($55,000 bond). He was also charged with withholding support of a child, children, or spouse ($1,200 cash bond).


Gloria Lillian Hanley, 33, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 30, 2025, charged with destroying, tampering with, or fabricating physical evidence; possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($12,500 bond).


Duane Harden, 47, of Fort White, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, May 1, 2025, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($2,500 bond).


Joan Carolyn Harrison, 65, of Newberry, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 1, 2025, charged with failure to appear failure in court ($2,500 bond).

Ade Samba Jonathan Tuma, 22, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 30, 2025, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license ($150 bond).


Jose Velasques Lanza, 23, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 1, 2025, charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a roadway, counterfeiting validation stickers for a license plate or mobile home, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, and operating a motorcycle without a license ($3,500 bond). 


Mark Anthony Vogel, 36, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 1, 2025, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and possession of drug equipment ($4,000 bond). He was also charged with possession of equipment used in the manufacture or transportation of drugs (release on his own recognizance bond).


Samuel Otis White, 41, of Palatka, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 1, 2025, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($2,500 bond), two counts of probation violation (no bond) and destroying, tampering with, or fabricating physical evidence (release on his own recognizance bond).


Shannon White, 48, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, April 28, 2025, charged with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and theft of utility services in the amount of $100 or more but less than $300 ($15,000 bond).

Christin Williams, 39, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, May 1, 2025, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and disturbing the peace ($5,000 bond).


Kerri Shayon Willis, 49, of Miami, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 1, 2025, charged with reckless driving - first offense, fleeing from or eluding law enforcement officers with disregard as to property or the safety of people, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($80,000 bond). He was also charged with assault of a law enforcement officer, and battery of a law enforcement officer (no bond)
        According to the LCSO, Willis was driving a black Camry car, traveling north on U.S. Highway 19 near Lebanon Station (north of Inglis, Florida), when he passed a LCSO deputy at a high rate of speed. The deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but instead of stopping, Willis sped away from the deputy, leading him and other law enforcement officers on 50-mile, 30-minute chase, traveling at  speeds up to and over 110 mph. He sped past a stopped school bus, ran multiple stop signs, and drove through the City of Williston, Florida at over 80 mph. He also swerved at several patrol vehicles, forcing them off the roadway, displaying no regard for the safety of others traveling on the roadway. During the pursuit, three LCSO patrol vehicles were damaged, but no civilians or deputies were injured.
