Joshua Clemons, 51, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, April 9, 2025, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, April 11, 2025, charged with probation violation (no bond).
  

Cody Brandon Coley, 28, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 13, 2025, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).


Dakota Crews, 27, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, April 13, 2025, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($17,000 bond). 


Chiarel Davis, 38, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 13, 2025, on an out of county warrant ($100,000 bond).


UPDATED:  William L. Elder, 42, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), April 7, 2025, charged with battery ($2,500 bond).
        According to the arrest report, a physical disturbance occurred at an Inglis residence at 9:30 am. Deputies arrived at the location to find three people in the front yard of the residence. 
        According to a female witness and the male victim, the victim and Elder got into an argument, during which Elder swung open a door, striking the victim, which caused the victim to fall down the stairs, and the argument continued, with Willian following the victim around the house and yard.
        Elder told deputies, that if he struck the victim with the door, it was unintentional.


Vonschell Gandy, 39, of Lake Butler, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 11, 2025, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving under the influence with damage to property, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($60,000 bond). She was also arrested on an out of county warrant (no bond).


Luis Miguel Gomez, 19, of an unstated location of residence within Florida, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, April 13, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($1,500 bond).


Tamiah Alaani Harris, 20, of Gibsonton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, April 11, 2025, charged with fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer with disregard of property or the safety of people (no bond).


Alonso Hernandez Hernandez, 26, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, April 9, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($10,000 bond).


Ryan Herndon, 22, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 8, 2025, charged with simple assault with threat of intent to do violence, and battery (release on his own recognizance bond). He was also charged with domestic battery by strangulation ($1,000 bond).


UPDATED:  Marc Holloway, 50, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), April 8, 2025, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and use of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol ($6,000 bond).
            The arrest report stated, that at 10:30 pm, Holloway got into an altercation with another male, which resulted in Holloway pointing a Smith and Wesson 0.38 revolver at the victim. During the 911 call, Holloway could be heard stating that he would pull the trigger. 
        Holloway told deputies that the other person (the victim) picked him up by his throat and threw him to the ground, so he  held the victim at gunpoint in self defense. However, the arrest report stated that Holloway had no visible injuries to his throat, but he had a small cut to a knuckle on his right hand and a small knot on the back of his head that were "more consistent with falling over while intoxicated."
        The victim told deputies, that during the argument, Holloway started acting "squirrelly" and then pulled the firearm out of his pocket and pointed it at him, so he pushed past Holloway to run out of the house, in fear. The report stated that the victim had, "a small superficial scratch to his wrist which is consistent with pushing past someone."
        Deputies found the loaded firearm in Holloway's back left pocket.
        A witness advised deputies that Holloway had held the victim at gunpoint.
        The report also stated that Holloway "was clearly under the influence of alcohol," with slurred speech, the inability to maintain his balance and asking things repetitively. The report also stated that he as emotional and smelled of alcohol.


Lena Frances Lopez, 57, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 9, 2025, charged with battery (release on her own recognizance bond).


Hunter Thomas Martin, 26, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 13, 2025, charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence (no bond).


Jose Santos Merced-Roque, 45, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 11, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($150 bond).


Brendon Lee Merritt, 27, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 7, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond). 


Adam Meyer, 35, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 7, 2025, charged with battery ($1,000 bond).


Jose Antonio Montoya Mendoza, 26, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 13, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($150 bond).


Virginia Nelson, 35, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 13, 2025, charged with driving under the influence of an unlawful blood alcohol level, driving under the influence of alcohol with damage to property, and driving under the influence of a blood alcohol level 0.15 or higher or with person under the age of 18 - first offense (no bond).


Eduardo Ortega, 47, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, April 11, 2025, charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($650 bond).


Elisa Russell, 62, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 12, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense ($500 bond).


Leola Smith, 39, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 10, 2025, charged with probation violation (no bond).


Jose Angel Trinidad, 42, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, April 11, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (no bond).


Charles M. Turner, 23, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, April 12, 2025, charged with battery, and aggravated battery ($15,000 bond).


Kayla Elizabeth Watson, 36, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 8, 2025, charged with possession of drug equipment ($1,000 bond).


Richard Wright, 42, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 11, 2025, charged with failing to register a motor vehicle being operated on a roadway, attaching registration to a license plate not assigned to it, and driving while license suspended - a repeat offense ($30,000 bond). He was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).
