Jessica Nicole Busby, 40, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 26, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond).


Darian Chesser, 26, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, February 25, 2025, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (release on her own recognizance bond).


Simon Dircks, 40, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 2, 2025, charged with contempt of court by violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence, and battery ($15,000 bond).


Candice Draper, 35, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, February 28, 2025, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, March 1, 2025, charged with probation violation (no bond). 


Daniel Fulladosa, 41, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 2, 2025, charged with battery, a repeat offense (no bond).


Alexander Palemon Garcia, 29, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 2, 2025, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($500 bond).


Christian Samuel Glidewell, 40, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 1, 2025, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond). Cedrick Johnson, 39, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, February 25, 2025, charged with fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer with disregard as to property and the safety of people, possession of cocaine, and driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($40,000 bond). William Owens, 38, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 26, 2025, charged with a sex offender violation: failing to report vacating his permanent residence ($10,000 bond).


Jeffrey Robinson, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, February 26, 2025, charged with trespassing in a structure or conveyance ($500 bond).


Shelby Paige Sasser, 20, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, March 2, 2025, charged with battery ($2,000 bond).


Shaquanda Datasha Sheray Sheffield, 29, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, March 1, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended - first offense ($2,000 bond). She was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).


Waylon Joseph Sheffield, 28, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 2, 2025, charged with fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer in pursuit with activated lights and sirens, driving while license suspended as an habitual offender, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($120,000 bond).


Jaree Gale Stone, 54, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 24, 2025, charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($2,500 bond).


Melania Elcira Valentin, 60, of Tavares, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, February 28, 2025, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license ($500 bond).


James Washington, 40, possibly of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 25, 2025, to be held at the  Levy County Detention Bureau for court (no bond).


Whyitt Wood, 22, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), February 26, 2025, charged with domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment of an adult, and sexual assault using force (no bond). He was also charged with probation violation (no bond). According to the LCSO, neighbors of a residence located on SE 195th Place in Inglis, Florida reported they'd heard a woman crying out for help. Deputies arrived at the residence to find a woman in distress, clothed only in a blanket. Before she was transported to a hospital for treatment, the victim told deputies that she'd been physically attacked and sexually battered by Wood. As the result of interviews and a brief investigation, probable cause was established to charge Wood with forcible sexual battery, kidnapping or false imprisonment of an adult, and domestic battery by strangulation.
