Mark Stuart Allen, 32, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 15, 2025, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($12,000 bond).


Valerie Church, 59, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 14, 2025, charged with failure to appear in court (release on her own recognizance bond).


Christopher Costine, 50, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 10, 2025, charged with probation violation (no bond).


Oscar Cruz-Baldo, 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 12, 2025, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond), battery ($5,000) and animal cruelty ($5,000 bond).


Michael S. Davis, 51, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 16, 2025, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,500 bond). He was also arrested on an out of county warrant with a cash only bond of $570.


Andrew English, 33, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 12, 2025, charged with criminal mischief with damage to property of $1,000 or more, burglary of a dwelling or structure with damages of more than $1,000, grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000, and larceny by molesting a coin operated machine, first offense (bonds set at credit for time served).


UPDATED:   Jason Richard Files, 61, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 14, 2025, charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle ($5,000 bond). According to the arrest report, the victim told a deputy, that when she returned home, she left her keys in the ignition of her dark blue 2004 dark Ford Expedition XLT sport utility vehicle (SUV) with the engine running, and Files, who lived nearby, had taken her vehicle and was currently driving around the neighborhood. While the deputy was driving around searching for the victim's vehicle, the deputy learned from dispatch that it had been reported that the vehicle was now parked directly across the street from the victim's residence. When the deputy returned to the location, he found the victim's vehicle parked at the end of the victim's driveway, and the victim arguing with Files. Files told the deputy that the victim had returned to her home with her boyfriend, and due to her leaving the keys in the ignition with the engine running, he'd taken a joy ride in the victim's vehicle.


Westley Fisher, 43, of Newberry, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 10, 2025, charged with probation violation (no bond).


Willie Lee Forrest, 32, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 14, 2025, on an out of county warrant ($5,000 bond).


Carlos Alberto Gomez, 44, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 14, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($500 bond).


Alexander Thomas Hopkins, 28, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, February 15, 2025, charged with reckless driving, first offense; and driving under the influence of a blood alcohol level of 0.15 or higher or while accompanied by a person under the age of 18, first offense (release on his own recognizance bond).


Montanna Sierrah Hosman, 29, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, February 10, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($150 bond).


Camryn Hutch Jenkins, 23, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 11, 2025, charged with failing to register a motor vehicle being used on a roadway, driving while driver's license suspended, first offense; and possession of drug equipment ($4,000 bond).


Tammy Elizabeth Jones, 64, of Steinhatchee, FL, was arrested by Officer Parsells of an unspecified law enforcement agency, February 15, 2025, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a repeat offense; and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($22,000 bond)(.


Patrick Christopher Kiniry, 37, of High Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 15, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense ($2,000 bond).


Roberto Lajuj Cuxum, 49, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, February 14, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (release on his own recognizance bond).


Michael Allan Lakosky, 32, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 12, 2025, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($2,000 bond). He was also charged (not arrested) with failure to register as a sex offender, and failure to comply with sex registration law (no bond).

Juilo Rodriguez, 33, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 14, 2025, charged with several counts of possession of obscene material depicting sexual conduct by a child, and use of a two-way communication device to facilitate the commission of a felony ($300,000 bond).


Gustavo Serrano Garcia, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, February 14, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (release on his own recognizance bond).


Waylon Sheffield, 28, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 15, 2025, charged with environmental littering in the amount of more than 500 pounds or the discarding of commercial hazardous waste in any amount ($2,500 bond).


Stephen Shephard, 65, of Belleview, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 15, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond).


Cynthia Marie Sigala, 51, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 15, 2025, charged with battery, a repeat offense ($5,000 bond).


Donald Paul Smith, 31, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 15, 2025, charged with driving while driver's license suspended, a repeat offense ($4,000 bond).


Jason Wayne Tice, 42, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, February 15, 2025, charged with committing a first degree felony with a stolen law enforcement officer's firearm, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, grand theft of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a specified area, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, trafficking in 28 grams or more but less than 150 kilograms of cocaine or a cocaine mixture, trafficking in 14 grams or more of amphetamine or methamphetamine, possession of drug equipment, and destroying, tampering with, or fabricating physical evidence ($912,000 bond).


William Cody Timmons, 34, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, February 13, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($2,500 bond).


UPDATED:  Robert Shawn Traywick, 55, of Yankeetown, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 15, 2025, charged with two counts of petit theft from a merchant, a repeat offense (he was convicted of petit theft from a merchant in Levy County, Florida on March 13, 2024). His bonds on the two charges were set at $2,000 and none. According to the arrest report, at 12:16 pm on the previous day, February 14, 2025, the video surveillance of the Circle K store, located at 4 U.S. Highway 19 in Inglis, Florida, showed Traywick placing a Four Loco alcoholic drink, valued at $4.16, down the front of his shorts, and a few moments later, placing a box of Slim Jim smoked meat sticks, valued at $54, down the front of his shorts, then walking past the cash registers, out of the store, without paying for the items.


UPDATED:  David Lee Wissinger, 34, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 14, 2025, charged with battery, and contempt of court by violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence ($27,500 bond). The arrest report stated that Wissinger and another person got into an argument regarding his deleting items from his cell phone, during which he went to his safe to retrieve items before leaving the residence. Although Wissinger and the victim gave differing accounts of the incident, a witness told the deputy that Wissinger bumped against the other person with his body, bumping her into a wall, and the other person (the victim) had not struck or hit Wissinger, as Wissinger claimed.
