Lindzey Marie Atchison-Smith, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, January 22, 2025, charged with first degree petit theft of $100 or more but less than $300 (release on his own recognizance bond).
Justin Ausburn, 32, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 26, 2025, charged with failure to appear in court (no bond).
Danario Tyquan Chatman, 24, of Ocala, FL. was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 23, 2025, charged with extortion or threats of extortion ($25,000 bond).
Kainen Jerome Clemons, 24, of Newberry, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 23, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense ($5,000 bond).
Russell W. Cooper, 53, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 25, 2025, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).
According to the arrest report, the victim told a deputy that Cooper arrived at her residence from a bar, and they got into an altercation during which he threatened her, called her names, then grabbed the right side of her throat with one hand while slapping the left side of her face. The victim said she struck Cooper in self defense, and Cooper punched the left side of her face twice with a closed fist. The deputy reported that the victim had bruising and swelling to the left side of her face, and redness and scratches to her neck.
The victim reported that Cooper had left the residence prior to the arrival of law enforcement and described his appearance and clothing to the deputy. Cooper was located at the intersection of SE 105th Avenue and Highway 40 East in Inglis.
Cooper told the deputy that he and the victim had gotten into an "extreme wrestling match," according to the report, and the deputy reported that he had a scratch to his nose and slight redness to his left check.
A neighbor told the deputy that she'd been sitting outside on a porch, and although she had not witnessed the altercation, she'd heard a male voice threatening to "beat" the victim's backside (using an expletive), and a female voice screaming "get off of me."
Cooper was arrested due to being determined the primary aggressor.
Ty Evan Eckelbarger, 29, of Fort White, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 24, 2025, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($500 bond).
Angela Lynn Ethell, 49, of Hudson, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County Sheriff's Office, January 24, 2025, charged with fleeing from or eluding law enforcement officers with disregard as to property or the safety of persons, and aggravated battery of an officer, firefighter or emergency medical services provider (no bond).
Jesse Dale Everidge, 42, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 23, 2025, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment, and possession of equipment used to possess, manufacture or transport drugs ($30,000 bond).

According to the arrest report, a witness told a deputy that the power had been shut off, and she heard Housekeeper and the victim arguing, so she illuminated the room enough to see Housekeeper kneeling over the victim with his hands in a choking grip on the victim's throat. The report stated that the witness was visably upset by this.
The victim told the deputy that Housekeeper became upset with her because she came home with a new leather jacket that he accused her of obtaining by being unfaithful, and they got into an argument before going to bed. While lying in bed, she said, Housekeeper asked her to lean against him for warmth, and she refused, so he reached around her neck to pull her closer to him, against her will.
Housekeeper told the deputy that he and the victim had argued before going to bed, and the victim refused to roll over against him for warmth so he grabbed her neck to pull her closer to him.
Tony J. Knight, 39, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 22, 2025, on a California arrest warrant ($25,000 bond). He was also arrested on two other arrest warrants from unspecified jurisdictions ($25,000 bond and $50,000 bond).
Dakotas Morsell, 26, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 20, 2025, charged with battery of an officer, firefighter or emergency medical services provider (bond set at credit for time served).

According to the arrest report, around 8:00 pm, the victim called the Levy County Sheriff's Office to report that Wagner was coming at her, choking her.
A deputy arrived at the location to see the victim exiting the home by way of the front door, and Wagner following her, yelling. The deputy told Wagner to calm down and step back so he could conduct his investigation, and Wagner stepped back inside, but re-engaged with the victim as the deputy began speaking with the victim, shouting that she was not giving him his medication. The deputy told Wagner, that if he continued to interrupt the deputy's investigation, he would be placed into restraints. Wagner agreed to sit in a chair until deputies were ready to speak with him, and Wagner complied.
The victim told the deputy that Wagner had awaked irate and thrown his medication across the room. She said he followed her around the kitchen, calling her names, that she'd sprayed him with water from a misting bottle, and he'd shoved her and grabbed her as though he was about to place her into a headlock. However, he'd not restricted her breathing during the incident. She said she'd pushed him away and contacted law enforcement.
Wagner told the deputy that he'd awaked, wanting his medication, and the victim not giving him his medication made him angry, that the victim had pushed him around the kitchen, but he'd not touched her back.
A witness told the deputy that Wagner had awakened irate and had thrown his medication around the house, so the witness had placed the pets into a cage so they would not have access to the medication, and he'd observed Wagner pushing the victim and making a motion similar to a headlock, but the victim had gotten away from Wagner, so he did not have to intervene.
The deputy reported that Wagner was determined to be the primary aggressor.
