Tommy Weber arrested in major drug bust, S. Levy County

Levy County, Florida - On Friday, May 17, 2024 the Levy County Sheriff's Office Drug Task Force concluded a narcotics investigation that resulted in the arrest of Thomas ("Tommy") R. Weber at his residence, located at 13731 SE 110th Place, in Rainbow Lakes Estates subdivision in the Dunnellon area of Levy County, east of Inglis.

Task Force Detectives had received information that Thomas R. Weber, also known as "12 Pack Tommy," was selling large quantities of the drugs methamphetamine and fentanyl from his residence. During an investigation that spanned several months, detectives established probable cause to search Weber's residence, and a search warrant was obtained.

Early on the morning of May 17, 2024 Levy County Sheriff’s Office personnel executed a search warrant at Weber's residence. He was located in his garage and detained while Drug Task Force detectives searched his residence.

During the search, detectives found and seized following contraband:
• 441 grams of methamphetamine (13 grams short of a pound)
• 27.7 grams of fentanyl
• 138 grams of marijuana
• Large amount of prescription pills
• 9 milimeter pistol
• 22-caliber rifle
• Large amount of ammunition
• Multiple scales and other items of drug paraphernalia

Weber, who is a convicted felon, was arrested on the following charges: trafficking in 200 grams or more of methamphetamine, trafficking in 14 grams or more of fentanyl, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, maintaining a drug dwelling, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated at the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, Florida, with his bond set at $1,610,000.
