David Holmes, 49, of Williston, Florida, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, February 23, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($2,500 bond).
UPDATE: According to the KVOE radio website, Seth Benjamin Kindt, 47, of Inglis, Florida and his father, Duff Kindt, 75, of Stout, Ohio, were arrested by the Chase County (Kansas) Sheriff's Office, February 22, 2024, during a traffic stop conducted near Strong City, KS, due to Seth Kindt, the driver, traveling 79 mph in a 65 mph speed zone. During the traffic stop, deputies found 10.5 lb. of marijuana, items used in marijuana grow operations, and two handguns. The two were incarcerated at the Chase County Detention Center in Cottonwood Falls, KS. Seth Kindt was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, criminal use of weapons by a person addicted to a controlled substance, and speeding. Duff Kindt was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture.

Ronald William Longwell, 58, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 21, 2024, charged with battery, and obstruction of justice by tampering in a third degree felony proceeding (release on his own recognizance bonds).
Lawrence Carl McDonald, 46, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 20, 2024, charged with battery ($2,500 bond).
Anthony Misiak, 44, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 20, 2024, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Demetrio Moreno-Atlahua, 31, of Live Oak, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) at 4:35 am, February 25, 2024, charged with failing to remain at the scene of a crash involving death, and driving without a driver’s license (no bond). According to the FHP, at 6:20 pm the previous day, February 24, Moreno-Atlahua was driving a 1998 Chevrolet Express van, traveling north on NW 10th Ave., north of Chiefland, FL, and failed to stop for the stop sign at the intersection of CR 346A, which violated the right of way of the driver of a motorcycle traveling east on CR 346A; this resulted in the front of the motorcycle crashing into the left front of the van. The driver of the motorcycle, a 74 year-old man from Fort McCoy, Florida, died at the scene of the crash as a result of injuries suffered during the crash. Moreno-Atlahua and his four passengers ran from the scene of the crash, but were later apprehended by the FHP, Florida Department of Corrections and the Levy and Marion county sheriff's offices.

Phillip Price, 61, of Chiefland, FL was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, February 19, 2024, charged with failing to register a motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($1,000 bond).
Gilberto Rivera, 33, of Apopka, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, February 22, 2024, on an out of county warrant ($500 bond).
