Reginald Adams, 39, of Gainesville, Florida, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, February 6, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, February 9, charged with probation violation (no bond).


Shannon Jill Allen, 46, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, February 5, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau to be held for another agency ($50,000 bond).


Delord Kendrick Anderson, 22, of Williston, FL, was arrested by a probation officer, Feruary 7, on an out of county warrant (no bond). 
 

Vanessa Cain, 45, of Alachua, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 11, on an out of county warrant (no bond).


Steven Jacob Conner, 30, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 10, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($500 cash bond).


Jason Richard Files, 60, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 9, on an out of county warrant (no bond).


Edward Lee Garcia, 32, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 7, charged with failing to register a motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended, second offense ($5,000 bond).


Daniel James Gaynor, 35, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), February 8, charged with violation of a condition of pretrial release for domestic violence, burglary with battery, and introducing contraband into a detention facility ($175,000 bond); he was also charged with two counts of battery, with his bonds set at $25,000 and none. According to the LCSO, on January 10, 2024, Gaynor was arrested on a domestic violence charge. The following day, Gaynor posted bond and was released from custody with an order by the judge to have no contact with the victim until further notice. The same day, Gaynor violated the Judge’s order and contacted the victim. The court was made aware of Gaynor's violation of the no contact order, and his bond was revoked. LCSO deputies began looking for Gaynor, to take him back into custody, but he eluded deputies and contined contacting the victim via social media platforms. At 11:00 pm on February 7, deputies were dispatched to the victim's home as the result of a 911 call. According to the LCSO, the victim’s father had found Gaynor, inside the victims' home, standing over the sleeping victim, and when the victim's father confronted Gaynor, Gaynor battered the victim's father and then fled from the victims' home. About 1:00 pm on February 8, deputies located Gaynor in the Williston area during a traffic stop, and he was taken into custody.


Scott Gumaer, 30, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 5, on an out of county warrant (no bond).


Michael Anthony Hines, 34, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 9, charged with withholding support of children or spouse ($2,070 cash bond).


Russell Dale Hornberger, 46, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 7, charged with withholding support of children or spouse ($300 cash only bond). He was also arrested on a felony warrant for failure to appear in court ($1,000 cash bond).


Michael Keller, 35, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 5, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).


Victor Lopez, 23, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, February 11, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($1,000 bond).


Charles Darin Lowell, 60, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, February 6, charged with sexual assault or battery of a victim under the age of 12 by a peson older than 18, and cruelty toward or abuse of a child without great bodily harm (no bond).


David Kevin Marchetta, 62, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, February 6, charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property, and driving under the influence of alcohol with damage to property, with his bonds set at release on his own recognizance.


Stormy Martucci, 64, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 11, charged with battery, and first degree petit theft of $100 or more but less than $300 ($20,000 bond).


Douglas Galen McElyea, 32, of Yankeetown, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 8, on an out of county warrant ($5,196 cash only bond).


Victoria Lynn Muro, 29, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 7, charged with trespassing on property other than a structure or conveyance, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($5,000 bond).


UPDATED:  Frank Petrosky, 74, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), February 5, charged with using a firearm (having it accessible for discharge) while under the influence of alcohol, and disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance ($300 bond). According to the arrest report, a report was made to the LCSO, that a man, later identified as Mr. Petrosky, had attempted to jump in front of a vehicle traveling in the 8600 block of Highway 40 East in Inglis. The deputy located Petrosky, stumbling near the fog line of the roadway. When the deputy turned around his vehicle to speak with Petrosky, he saw that Petrosky had fallen down on the sidewalk. The deputy reported that Petrosky smelled strongly of alcohol, his eyes were watery and bloodshot, his speech was slurred, and he had difficulty keeping himself balanced. Petrosky was in possession of a 9mm handgun, which was located in the pocket of his jacket. Petrosky told the deputy that he was enroute to the AMVETS to retrieve his motorcycle. The deputy reported that pesonnel at the bar had taken the keys to Mr. Petrosky's motorcycle, due to Mr. Petrosky being intoxicated. The arrest report stated that using a firearm means discharging it or having it readily accessible for discharge.


Ricky Alan Robie, Jr., 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 7, charged with possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, and two counts of possession of drug equipment ($3,500 bond).


David Rose, Jr., 45, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, February 11, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).


Gregory Scadura, 49, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 7, on an out of county warrant (no bond).


Dajha Jania Simmons, 20, of Williston, FL was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 8, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,500 bond).


Yolanda Sims, 45, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, February 9, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for anothe agency (no bond).


Joseph Tompkins, 36, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, February 10, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon ($40,000 bond).
