UPDATED: Cooper Grant Jonathan Alson, 27, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 11, charged with battery ($500 bond). According to the arrest report, Alson and a woman were involved in an altercation that occurred at an Inglis residence, sometime before 1:53 am. The woman told the deputy that Alson had consumed too much alohol, so she removed the alcohol from the refrigerator and was attempting to pour it out in the kitchen sink, which upset Alson, who began pushing her, more than twenty times, to her chest and arms, which caused her to fall to the ground. She said, during the fall, she may have scratched Alson's arm, attempting to prevent the fall. The deputy reported that the woman had redness and bruising to her right arm, and a small reddened area near her right ear. Alson, who had scratch marks to his right forearm, told the deputy that the woman went crazy and attacked him, and he obtained the scratch when he held up his arm to fend off the woman. A witness told the deputy that Alson had summoned him to the residence, stating that he wanted the woman to leave. The witness told the deputy, that when he arrived, he saw Alson pushing the woman. The deputy reported that he arrested Alson because he determined that Alson was the primary aggressor.

Merinna Jade Alvarez, 22, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 11, on an out of county warrant ($99 bond).

Jeremiah Branch, 42, of Mayo, FL, was arrested by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Jan. 8, charged with violation of shellfish laws ($150 bond).

Leslie Braswell, 50, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by Florida Highway Patrol, Jan. 8, charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property ($5,000 bond).

Leslie Neil Braswell, 50, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 11, charged with stalking, following, harassing, or cyberstalking another person ($15,000 bond).

Andrew James Campbell, 40, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Jan. 8, charged with battery of an officer firefighter, or emergency medical services provider, etc. ($150,000 bond), criminal mischief with damage to property of $200 or less ($2,500 bond), possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($150,000 bond), possession of drug equipment ($5,000 bond), and destroying, tampering with or fabricate physical evidence ($150,000 bond).

Ashlyn Elizabeth Cuevas, 25, Deltona, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Jan. 10, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Benjamin R. Dorney, 41, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 11, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($7,500 bond).

Mason Alexander Dowell, 28, of High Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 8, on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).

Aubrey Ethridge, 21, of Vickerville, CA, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 12, on an out of county warrant (no bond). He was also charged with fraud by giving a false name or false identification to a law enforcement officer ($10,000 bond).

UPDATED: Dylan Ravil Frantz, 35, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 9, charged with violating a condition of pre-trial release for a domestic violence charge ($20,000 bond). The report stated that a no-contact order had been issued to a woman, against Franz, on November 26, 2023 as the result of a domestic disturbance. The woman told a deputy, that on Jan. 9, Frantz had come to her home, for about 30 minutes between 9:00 and 9:30 pm. She said he'd walked inside her home, asked her about the court case, and invited her to come to his residence, and he'd then left. Frantz denied to the deputy that he'd been to the woman's home. However, a neighbor of the woman told the deputy that he'd seen a man at the woman's residence during the timeframe mentioned by the woman, and accurately described Franz and Frantz's vehicle to the deputy.

Daniel James Gaynor, 35, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 10, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).

Hailey Nicole Gearst, 20, of Palm Coast, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key (Florida) Police Department, Jan. 13, charged with criminal mischief with damage to property of $1,000 or more, and disturbing the peace ($5,000 bond).

Justin Daniel Griffin, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Jan. 11, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and operating a motor vehicle witihout a valid license ($3,500 bond)

Christopher Hartfield, 51, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 9, on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).

Joseph Hartin, 56, of Suwannee, FL, was arrested by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Jan. 8, charged with violation of shellfish laws ($150 bond).

Jessica Holtzclaw, 38, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 9, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Elvia Lucrecia Ichich Caal, 21, of Newberry, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, Jan. 14, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($150 bond).
