Wyatt Morgan Arnow, 26, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), Dec. 19, on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court (no bond). According to the LCSO, Arnow was wanted in Levy, Alachua and Citrus counties on several violent felonies, which included the use of a firearm and failing to appear in court; he was currently out of jail on bond in all three counties. The LCSO had received a tip that Arnow could be found at an address near Morriston, Florida, which had limited access and few escape routes. Deputies had him under surveillance at the location and had attempted to block all routes of escape. When Arnow drove away from the location, he was intercepted by detectives. Arnow attempted to elude deputies, and a short vehicle pursuit ensued. With Arnow's escape route blocked by patrol deputies, he turned onto a dead end road, slammed on his brakes and ran from his vehicle, with detectives in pursuit. At a nearby property, Arnow found a Polaris side by side utility vehicle, with a key in the ignition, and he used it in an attempt to escape, but a patrol vehicle was blocking his escape route. Arnow used the Polaris to ram the patrol vehicle before fleeing from deputies, a second time on foot. Deputies gave chase and shot him with a Taser (a barbed electronic stun weapon); he continued to fight with three deputies until they managed to place him into handcuffs.

Michael C. Coxon, 45, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Dec. 13, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Dec. 19, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Marshal Dixon Green, 48, of Dunedin, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 21, on an out of county warrant ($2013 bond).

Edwin Deleon Henry, 41, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 18, charged with battery, a repeat offense ($10,000 bond) and withholding support of children or spouse (bond non-applicable).

Deshaun Jarmar King, 29, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Dec. 19, charged with having an expired motor vehicle registration for longer than six months, a repeat offense; and driving while license suspended, first offense (release on his own recognizance bond).

Michael Lemming, 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Dec. 20, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond), two counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver (bonds $25,000 and $1,000,000), possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond), trafficking in 28 grams or more but less than 150 kg of cocaine or a cocaine mixture ($100,000 bond), and possession of drug equipment ($1,000 bond).

Victor Velazquez Manuel, 22, of Winter Garden, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 23, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (release on his own recognizance bond).

Dalton Cole McGowan, 25, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 18, charged with taking, killing, or possessing a deer or turkey during a closed season; taking or killing a doe, fawn, or deer with too-small antlers; and destroying, tampering with, or fabricating physical evidence (release on his own recognizance bond).

Jessica Elaine McLaughlin, 31, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 21, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense (release on her own recognizance bond).

Franklin Jonas Morgan, 44, of High Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 19, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Randy George Naugle, 43, of Southwest Ranches, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 23, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).

Jeremy Michael Poley, 19, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 24, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (release on his own recognizance bond).

Joseph Simmons, 23, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Dec. 21, charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).

Michael Paul Sullivan, Jr., 37, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 23, charged with operating a motorcycle without a license, and driving while license suspended, a repeat offense (release on his own recognizance bonds).

Koa Will, 37, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Dec. 24, charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, with her bonds set at release on her own recognizance and $2,000.
