Dylan Ravil Frantz, 35, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 26, charged with felony battery, criminal mischief with damage to property of $200 or less, and first-degree petit theft of $100 or more but less than $750 (no bond). According to the arrest report, a deputy was dispatched to the Circle K gas station, located at 4 U.S. Hwy. 19 in Inglis, due to a report of a physical disturbance. A deputy arrived at the location, about 5:20 am, to find the victim sitting down, bleeding from two lacerations to her right eye area, and her right eye almost completely swollen shut. The victim told the deputy that she and Frantz had gotten into an disagreement, that he'd made her sleep in her car, and about 5:00 am, she'd entered her residence to use the bathroom. She said that Frantz took her phone (valued at $150) from her and smashed it beyond repair and then balled his fist and punched her right eye. She said she drove from her residence to the Circle K, and Frantz followed her, driving his truck, but when he heard that law enfocement was being contacted, he left the gas station. She told the deputy that this was not the first time Frantz had been physical with her. The victim was transported by emergency medical services (EMS) to a medical facility to obtain medical care. Frantz was arrested at an undisclosed location at 6:53 am.
Tina Freeman, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 25, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense; possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment, and fraud by impersonating another person or giving false identification to a law enforcement officer ($5,000 bond). She was also charged with two counts of non support of children or spouse (cash only bonds of $170 and $1,470).
