UPDATED: William Jackson Wilsey, 35, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 14, charged with trespassing after warning ($2,500 bond). The report stated, that on a previous date, Wilsey had allegedly struck a patron of the Circle K store, located at 4 U.S. Hwy. 19 S. in Inglis, Florida, and he had been trespassed from the store. On Nov. 14, a deputy was called to the store with information that Wilsey was inside the store. The deputy arrived at the store to find Wilsey standing inside the store at the checkout counter. The deputy reported, that when he noticed that Wilsey was armed with a knife, he took the knife from him with the instructions that the knife would be returned to him when he left the property. However, Wilsey refused to leave the store until the deputy returned the knife to him, according to the arrest report, and he was taken into custody. The deputy also reported that it appeared that Wilsey might be under the influence of a controlled substance due to him being "exremely fidgety," with heavy, rapid breathing and his eyes darting around the room.
