John Anspach, 70, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Oct. 26, charged with battery (release on his own recognizance bond).

Ryan Beckham, 28, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

UPDATED: Steven Brown, 29, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 29, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).
       According to the arrest report, the victim was driving a vehicle, with Brown as the front seat passenger, in the area of Town Court and Alternate Highway 27 in Bronson, Florida, and the two got into an argument.
       According to the victim, Brown threw a soda can at the windshield and broke the top off the center console, then grabbed the steering wheel, nearly steering into another vehicle. The victim stated that she applied the brakes and steered the vehicle into the center median, to avoid a collision. She said, when the vehicle stopped, Brown had exited the vehicle and took off.
       Deputies tracked Brown's cell phone and located him, hiding in a tree. The report stated that deputies persuaded Brown to climb down from the tree, and he admitted he'd thrown the can and claimed the victim had battered him, but no marks were found on the victim's hands to incidate this had happened. Although Brown's neck had scratches, and his shirt was ripped, the report stated that this had probably occured while he was climbing the tree.
       Deputies found skid marks that corroborated the victim's account of the near collision, which had placed the victim at risk of harm, according to the report.

Jose Guadelupa Camacho Garcia, 37, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, Oct. 26, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (release on his own recognizance bond).

Grady Michael Collins, 40, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 29, charged with battery (no bond).

Gerald Lydell Donald, 56, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 27, charged with withholding support of children or spouse ($1670 cash only bond) and withholding support of children or spouse ($2170 cash only bond).

Clarence David England, 65, of Wildwood, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, charged with violation of a condition of pre-trial release for domestic violence ($100,000 bond).

Wilfrido Escobar Martin, 33, of Atlanta, GA, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 24, charged with failure to appear in court ($10,000 bond).

Heather Fleming, 46, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 27, charged with battery ($1,500 bond).

Norman Gamble, 59, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 26, charged with domestic battery by strangulation ($10,000 bond).

UPDATED: Lorin Greene, 53, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Oct. 25, charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disability ($20,000 bond). The incident occurred about 12:20 pm on Oct. 23. When deputies arrived at the Chiefland residence where the altercation had occurred, Green had left the residence. The victim told deputies that he and Greene had gotten into an argument over dog food, during which Greene had struck him, four times to his head, with a rolling pin. The arrest report stated that the victim had lacerations to his scalp, a "swollen knot" on his forehead, and he'd been hit so hard that his left eye had a "subconjunctival hemorrhage." The victim was transported to U.F. Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida for medical evaluation. A witness had overheared, but not witnessed the altercation, and his account corroborated what the victim had told deputies, according to the report.

Kelly Hulslander-Stauff, 44, of an unstated location of residence within Florida, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 24, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Roger Lucian Jean, 58, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 29, charged with possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug equipment (no bond).

Yumi Jerkins, 50, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 27, charged with battery ($7,500 bond).

Noel Leon, 48, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, Oct. 24, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).

Donna Matney, 34, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 25, charged with failure to appear in court ($5,000 bond). She was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($5,000 bond).

Caleb Medeiros, 32, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 26, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($5,000 bond).
